It’s for complete set up, skirting, deck, & placement on one of their lots, with rent @$200 mos. For many, it takes a lot of the hassles & headaches out of the entire process. If you aren’t a DIY person, need a home, a safe community- it’s a valid, value filled choice!

If you think the house at 80 is great deal. The land prep, skirting, delivery, steps and guarenteed rent with no property taxes for 19k thats move in ready hooked up home. People coming from other states are paying 2k a month rent on this size apartment.

Prices inching up now. Should have grabbed one a year ago. I just can’t believe I bought my 1,600 sq foot house with a screen porch, 2-car garage, and 220 sq ft unfinished bonus room (now finished) for 150K twenty years ago in middle TN. Now you pay 100K for 200 sq feet. Depressing. 😞

Yes the infrastructure is already there and Randy, Tim and Amanda are using the "low rent" as a marketing ploy to reel people in like Ms Scotty who bought two lots including in the mountain and will never be able to realize that dream because she is moving now for health reasons. Wake up. Randy and Tim will continue to charge the "infrastructure fee" including indiscriminately and it will change at any point just like they have done over the most recent past few months. Playing around with that "infrastructure fee" in terms of name game and application is how they compensate for the "low renr". Any intelligent and experienced person can seen what this three-car Monty game is. Mark my words by January 2024 there will be even more interesting changes. You're welcome.

Randy, if you'd ever want a tiny hint from a long-time viewer since Lucas first introduced you and ITH on his channel, perhaps consider getting rid of the contractor grade and cheap-looking 3-bulb vanity light with a light (above the kitchen sink) that coordinates with all the darling fixtures you now use consistently. Wow , someone one finally said it . I have not wanted to step on toes , but you are exactly right. Amanda called them vanity lights for a reason, because they are 1990's bathroom fixtures. Yes , they definitely have the cringe factor . I don't think many people have kept them in their homes . I don't usually see them when they do tours of occupied homes .

I actually decided to get rid of my vintage chair in my living room and put a small antique table ( about the size of this table in this video ) with two smaller chairs to have as a on actual table to eat at. I could not deal with the folding tables. I will be moving my big hutch where your table is and put the eating table where my hutch was. Melody has a really good eye. She’s a keeper.

We are allowed a 10 x 20 out building without a permit. The stairs for the late night peeing are vital.

these prices have gotten crazy. I just watched a guy that finished a DIY 10 x 12 shed framing/roof/floor etc for $3500. Incredible Tiny home company is pricing people out of their tiny homes with this rediculous prices on their tiny homes!! . Look at their old vids pricing. Their pricing has doubles, tripled & quadrupled. It is NOT hard to frame a home. The Library has books & plus vids. Get some friends to help lift the walls & put the ply wood on the outside or what every material you plan to use. Doing electric the same or hire a electrician. this should not be very expensive for this size home so dont get priced gauged on this get several quotes if you dont want to do the wiring or at least pull the wires and let an electrition connect them to the box. If you want your tiny home certified then look into this with your country building office. Nothing is hard to build if you do your homework by reading books & watching videos. (seriously). Knowlege is power so get to your library & watch videos on how to build a tiny home you will save a TON of money.

I do not like the huge windows. In the summer it will be hot and winter it will be cold and shades will not make that much difference either. Why do you buy from Lowe’s? Why not order directly from manufacturers? It could make things cheaper. Lowe’s is the most expensive place to shop. We drive a little further and buy from Menards. We needed fencing and they were $15 dollars cheaper per panel. Do you own the lot? $100,000 for a TH? That’ California prices. Most people want to go tiny because they want to live cheaper. Someone like me on a fixed income cannot afford it. Interest rates are high right now I figure $100,000 @ 20% down for 20years (if the bank will go for 20) payment with taxes and insurance is right at $800 a month. I know I can afford the down payment but not the $800 a month and if there is lot rent omg way to expensive. Not worth it.

Hi Randy, I live in Tenn. The last I heard companies like the electric company in my area is asking from a sticker or something like a paper saying that it is certified saying that it is built and wired correctly before they will approve it and turn on power. How are you getting all of your homes approved, so the utility companies won't give you a hard way to go.

AMANDA....also...LOVING the vertical wall in the bathroom... The partition under the stairs, splitting the closet area from the washer dryer area. A design idea would also be that if someone wanted a toilet under the stairs, it could go in the closet and partition could move a couple inches, and would make space for a sink where the toilet is now... But you would lose the closet though
