Kowa Highlander 32x82 followed by Maven B5 18x56. Not the cheapest but they're the best IMHO. Probably the Swarovski also.

Also the SIG Zulu 9 15x56 when you see them on sale for under $700. The Baigish 15x60 for $160 are also pretty good for cheap. Image quality looks clearer and weighs much lighter than the Vortex Vulture 15x56 when I compared them both. I'm testing some different Bushnell Porro Prism 20x50 Binoculars now. They seem to offer the best bang for the buck in the $50 price point.

The older Philippines made Bushnell 16x50 Powerviews best bang for your buck and can be found used for cheap under $50. Very Good image quality for cheaper.

Thanks for the comparison. I thing the best all arounder is the 10x42. The 25x70 needs a tripod and it is best suited for astronomy.

I tried a lot of Binoculars and found the older Bushnell Powerview 16x50s made in Philippines are actually winners can be found used for less than $50. They're much better quality compared to the newer Chinese made ones.

i have 10x42 nikon monarch m5, i wanted to get higher power and bigger lens for astronomy such as 20-25x 70-100, but from this video; it really doesnt seem like there is 15x more magnification compared to the 10x42. From the naked eye there is a big difference to both bins, but from 10x to 25x the magnification doesnt seem 15x more
@Sir-Kay
@Sir-Kay 5 ай бұрын
It's never like that with any brand. Conduct a comparison between the higher end 10x with 20x Swarovskis & you'll see you don't get any where near 2 times the magnification, it's just the way these specs are, not to mention this was a comparison between two completely different brands. Anyways, hope that help clarify your point, don't forget to hit that Like button for more.

I feel you, It's tricky but, there's always a way, one way I've found is to get a phone adapter, that way the phone stays fixed and you just try and hold the huge binos as steady as you'd hold a big camera, control your breathing and make deliberate moves. Practice practice practice.
