I ‘ve been wondering how many years is the chassis underneath the house guaranteed for? What is the main frame made from? One or more substances? How long ( yrs) is the foam installation good for on the frame chassis along the wiring outlets? Is any wiring down under the floor panels? I know all about the different types of designs and have decided on a 10-30 crafts... plus mountain design but worry about the underlying features of the structure. It just worries me 15 yrs down the road the main shaft will be rusted or tires deflated or something. Most builders usually have a limited warranty period for the whole home, I believe ITH's is 1 year but may stretch it depending on the issue... Foam basically lasts forever unless physically destroyed by fire, etc... Trailers are typically either steel or aluminum, steel framing is still most common and they are usually galvanized and painted to provide a protective layer, which will vary on how long it will last depending on the conditions it has to endure. ITH also typically adds a bottom flashing to seal off the bottom of the trailer... General Tiny House Trailer information can be found here... www.tinyhomebuilders.com/help/tiny-house-trailer-guide Warranty for things like the trailer chassis would be from the manufacturer of the trailer chassis, which ITH gets most of theirs from Trailer Made Trailers LLC, you can check their website and contact them for those details... www.trailermadetrailers.com/tiny-house-trailers/ There are also other popular trailer manufacturers that cater to the Tiny House market and may be what one of ITH partners are using in their build. Examples like Iron Eagle Trailers provide a fair bit of information... www.ironeagletinyhousetrailers-mobile.com/ Others may not mention it but any custom trailer manufacturer can provide a trailer engineered for building a Tiny House on it and will have their own warranty/guarantee that will vary on the company but is typically 3 years with limited 1 year... While tires will eventually wear out but if you keep them out of the sun and not exposed to heat then they can last a really long time... Fy Nyth, for example, recently moved her home after living Off-Grid for over 6 years and she was still using the original tires that she had kept on the home but covered... Otherwise, just plan on replacing them eventually... Anything expected to last will still need maintenance to ensure it does. All homes require at least some maintenance and tiny houses will too... You can do things like re-coat the trailer, re-paint it or just keep it covered and protected if you find a permanent location... If you're in a corrosive environment, like by the sea, then it can require much more maintenance. While places like Arizona are typically very hard on wooden structures but dry climate can mean steel lasts longer... So location and conditions are important considerations.

I agree with Amanda, stucco has a textured look, although the blue is still excellent. I'm sure you have big time insurance to cover anything that can happen. Great future to the owner. The rope and windows really make it pop. I love the shingles. Amanda why did you allow Randy to give that smirk to you when you simply asked a question, was it blue lmao? Love you both.
