TIny houses are not longer tiny, people are buying multiple 500k homes and selling them for 900k+ here in FL, the homeless cant afford shit so they gave up and more and more are becoming homeless, it's all gotten completely out of hand.

There is so much that is right about this. First, having units that are 10 feet wide feels like such a bigger space. Secondly, I love that he isn't greedy about profits. $6000 for the first two years and then $200 a month after the first two years is so much more reasonable than some of the other places featured. This approach really does become a great financial alternative for people.

That is amazing that it only took $6K to build out each lot with Power, sewer, and maybe Natural Gas. Where I am, just one residential Water and Sewer Tap fee is $15,000. I am not sure how much lower it would be if you were more rural but in Colorado, housing costs have gone up higher than most states. Also, so far I have only heard of 2 cities that are allowing Tiny House Communities to be built in Colorado. I would like to try and find 35 acres to purchase in the foothills or Mountains and try to get it subdivided into 10-15 lots with septic sewer systems for Tiny Houses.

One home has a vegetable garden that is so neat .. it looks like a Landscaped Home. But most of all I like the Mile or So Trail around the Property for Walking… it’s so lush and Calm. We want a lot on the Mountain so my husband an boys can attend All UT Football games an hour away. Then come up fir hunting, fishing, rafting. I think future plans for boat dock on the River that borders the property. We can afford to do all this with the perspective this man has envisioned. By the time the Mt roads are put in we plan spends weekends an special events there. This video is about a year old. Randy, has since, developed more property. The Grove, which is adjacent, to the Beach, and beside his new factory, which he built himself, that houses the Incredibox (steel panelled homes) assembly line. Those houses are made out of remnants, so there is nothing going, in the trash heap. He showed you one of the first homes, made from the remnants. Now, he partnered with the Amish, in Kentucky, and they are building new models, that are stick built. I am going to live, in the Prairie. In this video, you can see the Prairie, in the background, of the Beach. Many of the lots have homes on them, now. I was fortunate, to get one of the lots, on the tree line. They are going to build me a model, called the Charleston. (I was born in Charleston SC. Seems I will always be living, in Charleston.) It will be a 10 by 30 ft. home, with a bedroom, in the rear. I am quite disabled, so, my home will be one level. Without a staircase, I can have a larger bath. Randy has really looked out for us, who are living on Social Security. My home will be ADA compliant. If I could just downsize, declutter, and get this condo, on the market! Difficult when you are very disabled. I am looking forward to making new friends, and living in my forever home. The ones I have seen, in the videos, are very talented people. We can share our talents, and memories, God willing!

Great tribute to ITH. Randy and Amanda and the whole crew are real down to earth folks. I am going to have one of his homes some day soon and put it on my sons farm in NC. The world is crazy and family needs to be close. Cant wait to live in one of his houses. Thanks for showcasing him.

If this doesn’t motivate a person then nothing in this world could. I absolutely admire and truly trust Randy, Amanda and Tom and others on this team. I’m looking forward to having a home built. I know that I’m in good hands while the home is being built and what’s crucial is after the build. Congratulations ITH team! Happy New Year!🎆🙏🏻♥️🏠

I like what Randy did by getting the land for the tiny homes to sit on! So, I am really enthusiastic about pursuing a tiny home for myself with Randy on their mountain plots.

Jenna, I've been watching Randy and his team of awesome workers for at least the last five years. I've watched them grow through hard work and his creative abilities of always trying to come up with something new and affordable. He and his team are the American Dream come true! Thank you for giving him the exposure he needs and deserves. I've also watched your channel too and enjoy all the homes you have shown. You do a great job too! Keep up the great work!

Bless you for building affordable homes for people like me...a retired teacher. I cannot afford $100,000+ on a home and then pay rent for the space. Thank you for caring for community!

I dig this guy Randy. I watch his videos all the time. I had no idea about his story or that he had property for the tiny homes. How wonderful. And I think it’s awesome he did it from hard work and determination. And honesty. I live in Utah now but I was born and raised in NC. I’d love to have a tiny house at one of his locations. It’s so beautiful there. Success couldn’t have happened to a nicer man. I think he has had the success he has bc he is such a hard working, honest person. That says a lot. I dig it. ❤️💜💚

ITH build beautiful homes. They build mostly custom designs no two are a like. They’re built well and give you a nice size living room, kitchen area and bathroom. I always enjoy watching each of his new videos, especially when they tour a homeowner decorated home. It’s amazing how much room you get from Randy Jones designed homes. He and Amanda are very honest and down to earth people.

Yes, you have to work hard, Randy. But you also have to see that people have a NEED, and then have the where-with-all to meet that need. That's when a business begins and grows up. Thanks for a great video. We might come visit you sometime as we travel full time in an RV (we're retired folks).

I am so glad that you featured Randy and incredible tiny homes! He and the company and the workers definitely deserve the recognition. More and more people need to hear about him and his business. He appears to be an incredible human being who cares about people and not gouging people in need. Not to mention having quality products! I'm in the market for a tiny home and would love to live there and associate with the kind of people that Randy and incredible tiny homes employees and staff are. Thank you so much for featuring them! Randy is an honest person with integrity and you can genuinely feel his sincerity when he speaks about tiny homes and what his mission is. I hope that you follow up with them more in the future as they continue to grow! And I don't want to forget to give a shout out to you and your KZbin channel! You produce some wonderful and informative videos and bring the tiny home community and Alternate living situations to everyone's attention in such an informative and beautiful way. It's much like watching a story or listening to a story rather than just a video tour. Thank you so much for all that you do and your beautiful Productions about tiny homes and Alternate living!

I love Incredible Tiny Homes. I've been following Randy Jones ever since I saw a tiny home he built when he first started. It's amazing, his focus on community, helping others by keeping affordable options, building with discarded materials that is actually really great in the ESP homes, etc. etc. etc. And he's making jobs for people, and his team is amazing. I love everything about what ITH and Randy Jones are doing.
