Primitive Skateboarding was established in early 2014 by Paul Rodriguez and Heath Brinkley. @@jossamc2336 how does that make any fucking sense? Prod, chose Nick as one of the first riders to go pro for primitive..so obviously, there was greatness there. And anyone that’s seen his footage knows he’s more than capable of keeping up with the team. Nick tucker can switch inward heelflip over picnic tables on flat dude. It’s something that’s not on the surface, I think it’s a combination of Nick being hard to work with and him wanting to branch out and start his own brand. Aka “we are wolves”

Felipe Mota is gonna be a monster of a pro...i can't wait to see if he can one up himself in his next part cos that am part he just dropped was about as gnarly as it gets...cos im not sure its even possible to do a longer fs noseslide, or to kicky front blunt a bigger handrail than hollywood high, or to do something on clipper doper than a heelflip bs tail...this cat is immensely talented...oh and congrats on 10yrs Primitive...good work...

I used to be a big Primitive fan. Pretty much all my clothing is just by Primitive and I bought 12 Primitive decks within 2 years. But their board quality is so bad! (At least for the EU market. Dont know about US). I break their decks sometimes after an hours. A long lasting Primitive deck is like a week or maybe two if I dont skate a lot. I dont have such issues with any other deck brands. Old Primitive decks from 2019/20 feel amazing and dont break easily. Just the "newer" ones. I hope they stop producing EU decks in some unknown chinese low quality factory and also come up with some better, non collaboration graphics again. I will step away from Primitive decks for now. I also feel like their clothing quality got worse. Shirts dont fit that well anymore and the fabric is thinner than it used to be.
