Congratulations on 100,000,000 hits. Thanks Tim for following your dream and making Foxes and Fossils happen. I appreciate that you’re dedicated to releasing only perfect covers. 😊Thank you. ❤ It’s an incredible achievement. You all are truly gifted. I like everything about your band. Great that you’re all still friends and pushing out fabulous music. If l had to pick the most special memory for me it would be Telling me Lies. I have watched it all. Binge listen. Your music embraces many genres. Good choices . The girls harmonies and deliveries are beautiful, especially Chases solo. Well done and please keep the good music flowing. ❤l never tire of those pure harmonies and the great guitar solos of Toby and Darwin. Love the style of your videos. It’s nice to watch band members acknowledge each other’s stellar performances and strengths. Thanks ❤

When Tim spoke about Maggie singing 'Harvest Moon', I think the word he was looking for was 'sensual'. Soothing, yet romantic atmospherically. Her choice of song. She's matured and her singing developed to where she imparts more feeling. This came through in that performance. Her wholesome beauty adds to the overall texture of the video.

I really enjoyed watching much of this live and then the rest tonight. I very happy for all of you and the whole production team now and then. Your music is real quality and it's just magical how modest and "normal" and loving you all are with each other. You are blessed.................... and so are we. WHAT's THE FUTURE ? Why not come out west and enjoy the fans here. Great places in our small and medium sized CA towns ready for you. Thanks.
@lynwessel24719 ай бұрын
The future is to continue making music in their spare time between careers, retirement,etc. Maggie lives in Nashville with a very busy career as marketing manager for Basement East music venue. Ross lives in Virginia, has his band, Richard plays with A1A Johnny plays with at least 4 other bands. The fossils range from 64 -75 years old , It's something fun to do, Touring stopped being fun for them about 30 years ago. Another live show may well happen, touring will never happen as Tim has said repeatedly over the years.

Guys and Girls; congratulations on your music career and the astounding number of KZbin views you are celebrating. You deserve EVERY view and your band is one of the most professional groups I have ever heard. The Fossils clearly cut their teeth on the cover-band normality of their youth. I have to say this. Maggie has matured into such a beautiful woman, with a level of professionalism that is astounding. Chase has a voice that is messmerizing. Sammy clearly learned a lot from her dad. Wow. So impressive.

Thanks for the love you show for each other and the graditude you have for all of us fans! Please consider doing another live concert. Thank you for this, I have been with you since well before the pandemic, and I learned a lot about you all and how this thing came to be tonight. Lots of wisdom from all of you. I am one of those folks who can't carry a tune in a bucket, but I love to listen to good harmonies, and that is how I wound up here...I am addicted to good music I guess, have been since I was a boy and heard the Beach Boys for the first time on the radio. Now, when I really want or need to listen I go to the den, crank up the Marantz/Klpisch/Technics stuff, all of which are older than the girls now that I think about it...a lot older, and just listen. It is a wonderful way to spend an evening, lights down, good music. You are part of it. You have caught lightning in a bottle, and then shared the bottles with us. What a gift.

I’m so glad this amazingly talented group of individuals found a platform to share their music with the world and 100 million views later they are still humble. I love that they are humble in spite of the spotlight they are now in. The fossils have honed their skills and are enjoying doing what they love and the foxes have made the transition from teenagers with a “death grip” on the mic stand into mature, independent, intelligent young ladies with poise and grace. Congratulations on the 100 million and looking forward to what’s coming next. These young ladies are excellent role models and the world sorely needs that! “It’s in the book!”

Then in the reseraunts and hotel we met several other fans who had the same stories. Everyone was the same. We just started watching on KZbin. Liked the band, followed it for a few years. We all knew everything because we watched all the videos a hundred times. The live show was like going to a family reunion.

You mentioned the videos and the choice of making an "artistic" video vs what you do. Personally I love the "How It's Made" vibe. Its fascinating to see all the players and parts that collectively make a sound and you can see that in the splitcscreen style you use. I'm guessing a lot of us fans are "music appreciators" who like that kind of thing.

If today’s networks were looking for real entertainment, they would create a show that would highlight the superb cover bands that grace the internet. It would be a heck of a lot better than some of the stuff they are broadcasting today. It would definitely be today’s version of “Solid Gold”. And of course, the first episode would have Foxes and Fossils.
