Outstanding!! You saved the ice cream!!! And your insurance premium from going up ;) they need to clean all that junk out in the bay at loading dock, maybe save you leaky flats? Just saying. Enjoy riding along with, thanks for the interesting content, as always!

My insurance would've definitely gone up for sure. As for the debris by the loading dock, that's all on the filthy unprofessional truck drivers. As soon as it's cleaned up, it'll be right back to square one the following week.

Hey Marv you right God makes no mistakes and he will take care of people. One thing I noticed when you was changing it out was that I don’t think you put the fan on that goes behind the pulley. I think you left it on the old alternator. If so you might want to put it on. It keeps the inside of the alternator from overheating
@presy_jay13 сағат бұрын
@jerrywhittington3220 Amen to that Jerry. Good eye, btw. The newer alternator has the fan built in on the inside. It's right in front of the coils. It's a much better design. Good eye though.

Salute and Respect ALWAYS FAM My Brother and My Guy Marv with another explosive episode of content and video in the grind game of trucking industry with a positive attitude and mindset standing on business with ten toes down while wheels are turning and making them earnings. DEFINETLY a go time to get that unit back up and functional correctly, good that you have mechanical knowledge and skills and know the codes and what they are and what the issue is. At least you have options and tools along with the old alternator. People don't understand that you have be on top of your game having knowledge and skills to solve problems and work on your equipment in a critical and urgent times. Just like that the unit is back on line operating and working correctly. Listen to the KING giving valuable advice about how to keep your readings on the reefer unit. God DEFINITELY makes NO MISTAKES. Ready for this ride along journey of another ICE CREAM delivery on the highways and roads of the BLACK MOUNTAIN. O/O DEFINITELY need to listen and learn from a professional KING with knowledge and wisdom, take time to know and learn your equipment and parts definitely get some tools and spare parts keep them on board. Nice and smooth ride to the facility and no problem with the reefer unit, it's doing it's job and function correctly still. My Brother and My Guy Marv saved the load and the headache of making a claim. Another one for the books and still run with no more codes or issues from the reefer unit. I toast a GINGER TEA with KING, another great episode. How did it turn out? Did you lose the load all together? Claim? I'm gonna order a back up off Amazon. I recently changed my belts during the summer. They still look new. I don't have backup belts currently, but I normally do. I do have back belts for my truck though.

@presy_jay6 сағат бұрын
I don't really go deep into Black Mountain. I'm pretty sure there are areas that are still recovering. I'm only about 2 miles off the freeway. Those roads are fine. The receiver I delivered to had water all the way up to the loading dock doors during the flooding. They had a lot of damages. The parking lot had to be repaved.

How fast do you pull a hill with that 6nz at 40k lbs
@presy_jay6 сағат бұрын
You never want to speed up a hill. That's how you crack the head or end up with a blown head gasket. Giving the truck full throttle up hill equal high exhaust temperature (Pyro). That's how you damage your motor. Go watch the video uploaded from 2 weeks ago titled "he cut me off". That's a 5 mile long 6% grade uphill with 40k in my trailer. That's how you climb a hill while loaded. It's never a race.
@cesaravila13136 сағат бұрын
@ nice to know thanks for the knowledge. I try to pull a hill as fast as I can but I did get told by an old timer it’s not in my best interests to be pulling hills in full throttle

@presy_jay13 сағат бұрын
Was it a fuel filter on a reefer or a truck? If it's a reefer, there's a certain way to prime it. You have to leave the fuel line slightly cracked while priming it. That will push out all the air.
