14:20 - I believe the two grey discs are "preview" discs intended for journalists and film reviewers. They're not worth much but they're kinda neat (Well actually it says you get a big fine for selling them, so that's why they get donated). I got a Spider-Man 2002 one once. I really like the minimalist case and disc, it's region free, and it also starts straight into the movie instead of having any ads or piracy warnings etc. kind of makes me want to start a collection of them since I'm assuming the studio would have used the same case layout for all their preview discs.

Game grading is a double edged sword as although it might up the top end of the market it also creates excitement for those of us just grinding and discovering :) The power will always remain in the hands of the collectors, and as long as the grading remains monitored and we as the purse holders don’t start bowing to “this would be a 9.7 if it was graded!!!!!” BS then it’ll all be good. Grading has been the holy grail in most novelties and niches like toys, comics, cards and videogames and it's always been rather a roller coastet ride. Why not profit from it? From a gaming perspective I have always said that I would by two copies for the collection so to keep one and play with the other. Xd. But due to moves some vintage games were open and due to meddling cousins over the years a majority of my sealed collection broke. I wish i graded that way they would be protected. Now rebuilding it has been rather hard. Books I read were Dungeon and Dragons and Forgotten Realms. I also enjoyed the 'Choose your Own' stories and the Redwall Chronicles.

New shelves look great man - love Nintendo Power! I have some rare WATA graded games and they're awesome! I also have repro copies of these games, which allows me to still be able to play them. Grade the rare games, play the games...to each his own. Enjoy! **Once you get your game back from WATA, you can get a free appraisal from Heritage Auctions for an estimate of what your game might sell for. Thanks man.

Sealed and graded games are just the evolution of collecting . When you start collection you begin with the easy stuff and trade up. After you have collected pretty much everything in a specific category then you start looking for a rarer version . It happens with all communities.

If its over 20 years old and sealed i think grading them is excellent. It means there are few left out there and they need to be preserved as part of gaming history. Having newer items graded is ok too because eventually they will be just as rare as what we call retro now. If having a seales collection is your investment for the future or just your way of collecting no one should have any issue. Its all about what makes YOU happy!
