I always come back to your videos after a week or two of dealing with the realities of modern civilisation and an ultra-stressed lifestyles filled sometimes with my build in anxieties. So thank you for bringing my blood pressure back down, restoring my faith in humanity and giving me an outlet to unwind my racing mind. I always said, give me a few hens, a few goats, no city lights and a place I can howl to the moon without another human being to hear me and I'd die a happy man. Well, for now I can live that through your Great content... Thank you sir.

hey just wanted to say thanks to you and one wild crafter i have been watching both of you for sometime now i have always enjoyed hunting and fishing but a number of years ago i hurt my back and had to stop doing these things i have always enjoyed. as years past and with my injury i just never got back into outdoor activities but watching your videos has resparked the drive to get out and enjoy the outdoors as i also live in beautiful ontario. at first i would grab my rod and real and go for a little fish then i found myself going out more and more pushing myself to get out couple of times a week then fall came and i started to get the itch to get back out and enjoy one of my favorite things bow hunting dugout my old compound but realized pretty quick with my injury i wasnt able to draw my bow so i wasnt about to give up i went out and purchased an excalibur matrix 330 my new baby lol renewed my license went out opening day low and behold shot a nice little 4 point all the feelings that rushed over me was beyond amazing now for the first time in 7 years im back fishing hunting an have even started ice fishing. im 47 years old and am back doing the things i have missed so much and just wanted to say thanks and let you know that waching you and jeremy have relit the fire in me to get back out and enjoy nature and life and no matter what your situation is with a lttle motivation and desire you can do it thanks again and keep doing what yor doing and putting out awesome content

Here's a tip on hawthorn. In my country hawthorn doesn't have leaves like that, so i wouldn't have eat it if i was you. When you eat it press the berry with your fingers for the seed to come out, then eat only the inner tender part of the berry bacause the skin ruins the taste.

Puffballs now found to have the highest anti-bacterial, anti-fungal/-mold/-mildew properties. A puffball fairy ring inside is totally sanitized of any fungus etc. Anti-bacterial puffball slices make an excellent medicinal mushroom bandaid over a wound.

Time for spreading forest-, wood-, grass-, and meadow-harvested sliced mushroom cap spawn across the landscape. Extend the shroom-growing landscape. Can plant the apple seeds and mushroom caps together. The shrooms help the apple tree grow by trading trace minerals (and anti-bacterial properties protecting the apple tree rootlets) for the apple tree's sugar sap. Good hidey hole forest orchards.

Wintergreen bush berries and leaves. Smells like Ben-Gay (the actual ingredient). Wintergreen tea leaves have natural buffered aspirin - so you can have your medicinal tea - with aspirin pain relief as well. Same wintergreen poultice or oil on wounds, or sore spots (like Ben Gay) for aspirin pain relief. Always good to know where this bush is. Could also use some of the leaves on a campfire burning-hot rock for mosquito repellant aroma.
