im between maybe getting my BROKERS or going to 100% .. office, but COLDWELL BANKER takes a lot of money I am shocked. I have too many years of experience. I am moving on!

Great video. I’m about to watch another one. I was advise to start out with 100% brokerage after looking at your video it confirms I should not just fees but the autonomy. I’m a new agent in Florida I run several businesses healthcare’s and education so I was told to learn get mentored and go with a brokerage that does not take all the fees so I can give better service.
