C drive is your computers main hard drive. You want to clean the c drive and format it. E and F drives are other storage drives you have plugged in. One of them is currently holding your windows iso installation. Hope this clears the air for you friendo.

@Carter1val no don't have a usb connected with the installer. When you turn on you're pc it will think you're trying to re-install windows even though you're not. I just turned it off, removed the usb with the installer on it, and turned it back on. Then it was back to normal.
