Amazing fish on a bad fishing day turns it into the day of a lifetime. Happy for you dude. I've had instances like that where I don't catch anything and then get smacked by monster fish. Only about half the size of this monster though. The percentage of fishermen who go their entire lives never catching a freshwater fish over 100lbs is astoundingly low. Personal biggest someone I know has caught was a giant flathead that my Grandpa's Dad caught out of Mark Twain Lake I believe and I remember the picture of it it was laying on the bed door of a Ford pickup truck and it was as long as the truckbed door was wide. It was massive. I forget the weight but I know it was well over 100lbs
