So awesome, love seeing Heather back in the vlog!! Good luck this year Eric at HC100! Going to be hot, so you've got the right mindset for cooling & hydration plan down! Wish I can be there to volunteer/support again this year or even race it but just getting back from BCBR and not fully recovered.

Always miss these mid week updates! Hate missing them as they emerge. But I am here now ever present, so sad Paula isn't coming to London, but you are pro athletes who do this for a living, so fully understand the decision. Just have to wait until there maybe a next time she comes and races over the pond. Another great video, as they al are. Stay safe both, much loe from the UK, David x

Epic vlog loving the mtn bike content. I got one more 70.3 to do this weekend then switching back into ultra training for my 100miler and cross training with gravel/mtn biking. Good luck on your 100miler mtn bike race

I feel like the ultra running and longer MTB training goes super well together. Very similar stimulus, with the exception of the weight bearing vs not.

OMG!!! After Watching this I want to come watch Flynn and house sit for you two so bad. I would have to drive there so I could bring my Speed Concept, Domane and Top Fuel EX 9.8. Oh and can I bring Trek my Aussie? Trek, Flynn and I would have a blast in that beautiful wonderland of outdoor play.😊

Luckily Specialized appreciates that we ride with a lot of people and the fact that we choose their bikes is important. I can't help that heather decided to ride an inferior bike in our video 😉

They had an advent calendar of mini jars around Christmas, and it was probably the best decision I made ever was to get one

My schedule is a bit TBD because I'm finally looking into surgery for my hip, but Paula will be at all the rest of the PTO races, possibly UCI TT worlds, and 70.3 Worlds, depending on how tired she is from the T100 come December
