Angels in heaven are singing glorifying God. We men and women are the next order to angels who sing to glorify God on the earth. God accepts our voices and praises and he is pleased to bless us. Let us be grafted to him.

Exactly. It’s something that causes me stress every week, and has recently led to my not attending our local church as much. The music is way too loud, the songs are poor, and I can’t even hear myself or others sing anyway. Things need to get re-oriented!

I am very grateful for it. These beautiful hymns transports you into the halls of worship where the soul reflects upon Christ and Christ alone. I commend it as a playlist for all personals seasons, modes and emotions. There is no weariness in worshipping the Lord Jesus Christ.

Because even if I took the trouble of explaining myself, you'd still go "What?", stupid emoji and all. That is how blind you are, having been led (rather misled) by these blind guides.

SPIRITUAL SONGS, AND HYMNS, AND PSALMS: we as Christians are admonished to sing and rejoice in them always, as We worship and glorify God Almighty our beloved and Heavenly FATHER. Consequently, Satan, and the gates of HELL will not be able to be triumphant over us. Yeah, I love these great Christian and sacred songs and hymns. They are based on strong scriptural truth and doctrine.❤

1 We've a story to tell to the nations, that shall turn their hearts to the right, a story of truth and mercy, a story of peace and light, a story of peace and light. Refrain: For the darkness shall turn to dawning, and the dawning to noonday bright, and Christ's great kingdom shall come on earth, the kingdom of love and light. 2 We've a song to be sung to the nations, that shall lift their hearts to the Lord, a song that shall conquer evil, and shatter the spear and sword, and shatter the spear and sword. [Refrain] 3 We've a message to give to the nations, that the Lord who reigneth above has sent us His Son to save us, and show us that God is love, and show us that God is love. [Refrain] 4 We've a Savior to show to the nations, who the path of sorrow has trod, that all of the world's great peoples may come to the truth of God, may come to the truth of God! [Refrain]

Nice to hear real hymns being sung. Modern songs to me feel and sound trite and disingenuous, but maybe it’s the people singing them. They often sound like a dreadful dirge. They just don’t have the same spirit to them, that’s for sure. And there’s a purity to men’s voices; when it’s just men, it’s always harmonious and flawless. I have very sensitive ears, and no matter how much others say they’re nice, women’s voices are like clanging, disharmonious cymbals to an otherwise perfect sound. Like bulls in a china shop. Like pissing all over a 12-course meal fit for a King. It’s not to be rude, it’s a very real phenomenon to truly sensitive ears that hear all the nuances. And when women shriek, it’s all the worse, it’s like being stabbed repeatedly in the head. Why anyone finds that pleasurable is highly questionable. Anywhere a hymn, sung purely by males only can be found, it’s a treasure. An undefiled, beautiful sound. Thank you all men’s choirs of the world. Not all of us seek “equality”, btw. It’s a fool’s errand. We are NOT equal. We are to fill each other’s gaps, like puzzle pieces. If everyone were a square piece, equal sides, equal to each other, they couldn’t interlock. The puzzle wouldn’t hold. It’s the variation and the projection fitting the divot that creates the balance and locks the pieces together. And so it is. We are to be complementary, harmonious, balancing, yes. But NEVER, ever “equal”. Peas and carrots, strawberries and bananas, peanut butter and jelly, not equal, but good when each is doing its own part. (And no, women’s voices can’t balance what men already do with their varied tonal ranges. There have to be others that hear this grating characteristic. I know I’m not the only one with superhearing. Women can do a great many things that men also shouldn’t try to do, so it’s all fair. And for those that can’t hear it, that blurting, bumbling sound when a woman crashes in and sings, they’re fortunate, I guess….but also they’re not, because then it means they’re also not hearing the same level of men’s vocal perfection on that more nuanced level. They’re missing out. All male choirs are truly heavenly.
@SirSparky49194 ай бұрын
Calling women's voices defiled is wild. Made in the image of God. I would not take God's handiwork into consideration here, friend. I hope you do not mean this. "Let no unwholesome talk proceed forth from your mouth but only that which is good for building others up according to their need." No one needed this comment about the atrocity of women singing. Soli Deo Gloria, Sparkdark
