New to the channel! Appreciate the content. Just curious about the audio cut on the A/K check down 10/10 hand? Is this mental game work for you? Or just technical difficulties. Just curious as to what's going on in these moments

@@playitsmartpoker Avery as i am looking to progress through stakes can i ask you one question would you consider GG or Stars better for zoom/rush cash stars giving 40% RB
@playitsmartpoker10 ай бұрын
@@joshuahampson-hindesBoth are viable options. I think its more of a personal preference thing. Which software do you like better, which hours do you play/ which site the game are better on at that time, do you like using a hud, stylistically which site suits you better etc etc ( from my experience I feel the GG poker fish bluff more/ are crazier than on stars)

i prefer no hud games hate huds really, but heard gg is untrustworthy as company ban accounts freeze funds randomly, then rake too@@playitsmartpoker

Any thoughts on the superuser allegations on GG? That kinda makes me want to go back to stars
@bathanhnguyen20210 ай бұрын
quick question: should i choose runnin it once or twice (on GG)?
@playitsmartpoker10 ай бұрын
Its just a personal preference, if you prefer playing deeper than you can go once to build a up a stack etc

Do you prefer exploitative bet sizing or gto bet sizing?
@playitsmartpoker6 ай бұрын
the stronger your opponent is , the more gto, the weaker he is, the more exploitative

I think the 99 hand is a clear bluff, you have 9 high on the river, and your folding out AK, KQ, AQ etc and they all beat you. Even if his only hands are broadways above the 9, the bluff is mandatory on double paired board blocking 2 straits, J9, 910, Q9
@playitsmartpoker10 ай бұрын
99 is close to bluff. I am not folding out AK or AQ as he pure 3bets that preflop and he is likely pure cbetting / or 3betting kq as well.
@blakeengland778410 ай бұрын
@@playitsmartpoker your river bet folds out those hands that you are mentioning pre that made it to the river, but I completely agree with your analysis as well. just something I thought was note worthy.
@FurrBurgers9 ай бұрын
I would 100% bluff this for 120% pot , GTO Wizard pure bluffs all combos of 9s here, 150% pot with the 9 of hearts, and block bet with the most other combos, but even with other combos I’d bet big, I don’t see Ace high folding for a block bet

Ejoying your approach and appreciate the free content you produce. Are you self-taught in poker?
@playitsmartpoker5 ай бұрын
Glad you're enjoying it, yes I have been playing for 16 ish years now all self taught. Although I have played millions of poker hands against the sharpest poker minds in the world so I certainly learned a lot from playing other strong players and consuming poker content throughout my career.

Also how do you figure who is a rec or reg?
@playitsmartpoker10 ай бұрын
How often they play, showdowns, sizing choices they use, how often they are understanding when to attack weak ranges, range construction, stats plenty of ways to figure out how good a player is.
