Even with P&T, i still dont believe that ill never be messed with by the VA.

True only unless you open a new claim or fraud. After 20 years you can open new claims and your P&T can’t be touched only if it’s fraud involved.

I am 100% P&T and was messaged on the VA app about PTSD meds. I did not take them, and they asked if I was better. I said no, and they sent me to a psychiatrist to get meds or be reevaluated.

@@Noir85Acutualmost people the meds don’t work now you can get a marijuana card. The VA can not force you to take meds nor will they take an established P&T away from you for not taking meds someone is just messing with you. Again P&T can not be taken away or be reevaluated because you stop taking meds that doesn’t help. There has to be more to the story if they checking on you for not taking meds you must had stop seeing your mental health provider or doctors appointments etc has to be more to the story besides medication doesn’t raise evaluation also you said VA app that’s clearly wrong the VA regional office will send you a letter by mail.

Question: I am rated at 70% disabled, but with a TDIU, I am paid at the 100% rate and designated P&T. Is the same as 100% disabled P&T?

P&T can still be reevaluated. You have to hold it for 20 years.

Call the VA and check, or the VA letter will show your award letter wording no further exam or something. I had to call to check to see my p&t
