Pissed. Trying to get a vest that looks like a tactical vest but can't get them here in the UK and shipping one from the States is like £200+. Such a joke.

Corey hey there my friend. I m try to increase my pull up number either. My question is about grip width. I see your grip is really wide. Do you suggest wide grip like yours or normal grip like little wider than the shoulder width? And do you've particular reason that you choose really wide grip?

M.R VENOM I use wide grip because it's less range of motion to go down.

When locking out my arms (especially during wide grip) my shoulders click and pop causing some discomfort. Any experience with this before?

Cody Heuberger yea happens to me at times. They say the clicking or popping is caused by inflammation.

Cody Heuberger mine do it during push-ups, sometimes warming up and stretching helps me, Sometimes

Try changing your grip width - everybody has slightly different shoulders - you will find the particular "spot" that yours fit well.

Corey your grip is really wide... Is doing wide grip pullups like yours more beneficial then shoulder width pullups? Wide grips are more difficult

you said in other vids you lift in the morning and calisthenics at night. what do you do for calisthenics, if you lift back and biceps what would your evening cali session look like.god bless good work on those pullups your getting that beastly back you had last time you trained for world record no disrespect

Hey Corey...were you in the US navy? If you were, could you tell us something about your experience there? How it was and how hard your trainings were. Maybe make a video called ''My story'' or something. I would really like to learn something about that =)
