This is good to see -- especially the vid of you showing that you too once had bad form ... thank you for the motivation! I retired from the Air Force after 23 years and for all my PT exams I did my push ups using bad form!!! All we had to do was break 90 degrees at the elbows and not have our stomach touch the ground... and while I maxed out my PT on push ups, I knew that my form needed to improve. But, I would pass my PT and just keep it moving. Now that I'm retired, I still work out - but I still do my push ups using the old bad form --- and I want to change that. I will incorporate your advice to get my form right! Thank you for these vids...

hello Danny. i know that my push ups on my youtube Channel are dirty😀 IT was my personality record😃 if i do my workout, i try tuch ground my stomach. and i do with paralettes. regards😂ps: sorry for my English

Hi from Russia! I have the same story. About a year ago I did pushups 100. I recorded myself on video and realized that form push-UPS is bad, and high speed. Now I do 30-40 push UPS, but slowly and in good form! Thanks for video!

Daniel Mendoza yea you always need rest. That's why I said only do this 2-3 days a week and give your body time to rest. Rest is key 🔑

Bro I have injured my elbow from the inside (from bicep side). So whenever I do pullups I feel something in the joint, it's like if I do more pullups or heavy bicep curls, something bad will happen. Could you at least make a video for how to warm up for pullups or how to deal with injured elbow.

i dunno if it's just me but whenever i watch someone do push ups or pull/chin ups, my breathing automatically and subconsciously kinda tries to synchronise with the person doing the workout... please tell me i'm not the only one!

Why do people want to crank out that many push ups? My understanding is that it only builds endurance after 15 correct?

I've been seeing amazing results doing 1x3s 2-3 times a day. Do you think this way would achieve better results? I do my max once weekly to assess my 1x3 and after my max I go into girl pushups and then use an elevated surface for my hand

Why hasn't anyone made this type of 1 set exercise into a workout? See no reason why you couldn't for example do; 1. Push ups to knee push ups 2.squats jacks to squat to isometric hold 3. Leg raise to knee raise
