Day 3 complete. I am trying my best to follow a low carb diet. I treat myself once a week to whatever I have been craving during the week. Hope to start seeing results Edit: Day 20 complete. I missed 3 days, so I guess I'm actually on day 17. I see something going on with my stomach but I can't really tell if it has gone down. I didn't take pictures when I started because I didn't expect any changes nor for me to be consistent. I'll keep going though. I've been adding a few reps to the ones that I like such as the leg swings and the last exercise.

I will be starting these today. I've changed my diet and I've lost about 25lb but I still got them jiggly thighs and a pooch. I have had had two c-sections (one vertical and one horizontal) and wasn't sure I'd ever be able to get my belly bk straight again but you have given me the confidence I need! Hi Josie I just finished doing the 100 Rep AB Workout!! this is my 5th day and will include the Intense Inner Thigh workout tomorrow. Thank you for posting your workouts I had two cesarean sections and got lazy on working out after the second, year later muffin top only gets worse when ignored or not consistent with exercising , this year I am more focus on a healthier ME!

Canadian here. Im near 60 yrs old and just working out on losing 30lbs and add muscle. I had 4 boys 3 c sections as well with stretch marks and tight skin. My goal is to tighten up muscle tone and keep off the extra 30lbs.. without diets. GOD WILLING... I lived on a diet all my young yrs when I was 145lbs and thin looking always... Now im 190 and would like to be 160. Im 5'9 med frame...

For the second exercise and any other like it I used a square shaped water bottle to support my neck. It is amazing then I fill that same water bottle with water to do the third exercise . It helps stabilize my hand behind my head . She is a genius. Love ur info
