I did the exercises once a day (I may have done it twice a day 3 or 4 times). But I think they worked for me and my legs still appear to be getting smoother. Just try and stay consistent!

This is absolutely ridiculous- I swear to God!! I've spent so much money on emtome & emscupt and still struggle with cellulite & strength. Now mind you - I'm not saying those procedures don't work but it cost a lot of money & I haven't done those in about a year. This routine right here is just as effective & bc I'm doing the work in the comfort of my own home, seeing results...and FREE I am addicted!! Thank you so much for this! Posting a review after 2 months again. My thighs and glutes have actually slimmed down and it looks in great shape. From fat to fit, I love my transformation. I've also been following the lower ab exercises and it feels so good on my abs and has shown a change too. Thank you Josie again. Wish I'd found you sooner! I am disabled so struggle to do a lot of exercise but out of ALL the workouts I've seen even though yours still make us work they feel a bit more gentle and less prone to causing injury - also love the fact you do a warm up too - thank you so much! Wow! Your legs are amazing! GOALS!!! I’m only 21 and I’ve noticed cellulite start to form in my legs and thighs for the first time in my life after gaining 10 pounds 😞 but I’m definitely doing this along with my weight loss routine! Thank you!

I’ve been doing this workout for like 6 days and I already see results. My cellulites reduced, not completely gone yet. Perhaps the result may vary depending on your body type, trust the process! :) Thankful I stumbled across this wonderful workout. Keep going. 💪🏻 It may take weeks but have faith.

@@doaakhili4733 to me it kinda does help me lose the butt size, but doesnt literally weaken it. Indeed, my butt is tensed or aka the gluteus is strenghtened and cellulites over there also reduced. For thighs, yes they lose a little you might wanna add other exercises in your routine (I did emi wong and chloe ting workouts lower impact) but it depends on your body metabolisms. Some people take time, but worry not, sooner or later you'll see result. But how come you're thin and still have cellulites;? 😅 Bcause by far I know (correct me if Im wrong) cellulites appear due to fat stored in the layer underneath our skin. Thin people barely have fat. Or you probably have genetic factor.

@@doaakhili4733 yes. I did with diet. Not very strict diet. I just cut sugar intake (this one really helps me lose fat) and consume protein rich food like salmon, chicken, egg but I cook steam them and not fry. I'm struggling with lower body fat. In your case, you gotta do calorie deficit. Figure out your BMI and search best calorie count intake daily for your body. You might miss on that. Here's how : search calorie calculator along after finding out your BMI. I really think you need to consume protein rich type of food like I mentioned and red meat, fruits like avocados, wholegrain breads, and almonds. You can search how to eat them in fancy ways and not just deco them with salad and olive oil. they're across the internet. Focus on your diet first to gain flesh I guess and then for the workout, avoid HIIT. Do LISS (low impact steady state) workout instead.

You are right...muscles need protien to be strong...80% food and 20% exervises.....doing exercises without enough amount of protien aren't good and we will not got our goals....maybe cellulite appears when the muscles are so weak and the fat are so bigger than them...so i want to make a suitable food for me includes: protien, carb and healthy fay..after that i want to do the exercises and i wish the cellulite go.....the cellulite males me don't like my legs and butt ...

Yes I actually started to see results after about 2 months when I finally stated getting serious with her exercise. At 1st I was doing it about 2 times a week and then stop. Lol. But then after I started noticing a small difference, I got serious for about a month straight and I started to see results. I had a little cellulite on the back of my legs. Its all gone and looks very toned. I also changed my diet. No fried foods, no sugars, no bread. Mainly grilled chicken, fish and turkey. Vegetables and fruit and i cheated with eating cereal sometimes like Cheerios. Lol

So it's been a little over a week, and honestly, I feel like there is a difference! I will keep doing this and continue to let others know my progress as I hope it helps to motivate others to try/start. I've also been doing IF (at least 16 hours a day) so that may be helping as well! Will check back in another week or two! Move those legs ladies! i’ll try to update on my progress, but no promises hehe (for me- 0:45) day 1: okay, this wasn’t as bad as i thought 😂 not gonna do it twice, but it’s not too bad. i’ll hopefully be doing it for at least 2 weeks, and maybe i’ll see some progress! day 2: okay so i feel it a lot more today 😂 obviously no results yet day 3: ❌ day 4: done! burns a bit, but not horrible day 5: didn’t do it as well as i could’ve, but still burns. i think there’s a bit less cellulite, but not much difference still day 6: done ✔️ day 7: day 8: day 9: day 10: day 11: day 12: day 13: day 14:

I literally just did this and I must say I felt the burn almost immediately my goodness the burn must mean it's working..I'm going to do this for the next 30 days and see how it goes..wish me a good butt and toned thighs #excited..thank you for sharing 🤗

Day 1 and I already feel the burn. I'm loving it and can't wait to see my cellulite go. I also do other exercises along with a lil run. Anything to get rid of that ugly fat. Thank you for this video.

Its April 29, 20/20 In the grips of the covid-19 twilight zone. It's 7:15am an my lower body looks drippy, soft an a hot mess. I gotta use this social distancing time to tone up the booty. 🤣 1, butt cheek, 2 butt cheeks....reminds me of the count on Sesame Street .....kids these days some sadly don't know the beauty of this staple children's program

I’ve always been pretty thin but I’ve had cellulite since I was young. Although I’ve tried accepting it, I hate it and wanna get rid of it/minimise it. I’ll let y’all know my results x

I absolutely love this video I've only done it twice but will definitely incorporating it into my routine ! Your personality and expressive energy helped push me through it .Just when I was about to give up you laughed and made me smile and kept me going. I hate when you try to do a at home video and they jump from.one thing to another without explaining the move or positioning but this was really easy to follow with clear instructions and no commerical posing or outfits ! Very Humble :) love this lady:)
