I did the exercises once a day (I may have done it twice a day 3 or 4 times). But I think they worked for me and my legs still appear to be getting smoother. Just try and stay consistent!

This is absolutely ridiculous- I swear to God!! I've spent so much money on emtome & emscupt and still struggle with cellulite & strength. Now mind you - I'm not saying those procedures don't work but it cost a lot of money & I haven't done those in about a year. Posting a review after 2 months again. My thighs and glutes have actually slimmed down and it looks in great shape. From fat to fit, I love my transformation. Yes I actually started to see results after about 2 months when I finally stated getting serious with her exercise. At 1st I was doing it about 2 times a week and then stop. Lol. But then after I started noticing a small difference, I got serious for about a month straight and I started to see results. I had a little cellulite on the back of my legs. Its all gone and looks very toned. I also changed my diet. No fried foods, no sugars, no bread. Mainly grilled chicken, fish and turkey. Vegetables and fruit and i cheated with eating cereal sometimes like Cheerios. Lol

These exercises are actually quite fun. 😀 I'm going to do them every day for 4 wks. I'll update on the results at the end of each week. 💪😊 Day 1 ✔ Day 2 ✔ Day 3 ✔ Day 4 ✔ Day 5 ✔ Day 6 Skipped because my legs were really sore. Day 7 ✔ Update: Honestly my legs look a little smoother already. 🤔I also noticed my buttocks got tighter. 😁 Day 8 ✔ Day 9 ✔ Day 10 ✔ Day 11 ✔ Day 12 Skipped due to a knee injury. Day 13 Same as above ⬆️ Day 14 ✔ Update: I noticed my hamstrings are much tighter. I haven't seen anymore improvement on my cellulite but to be fair I did skip 2 days. @@doaakhili4733 to me it kinda does help me lose the butt size, but doesnt literally weaken it. Indeed, my butt is tensed or aka the gluteus is strenghtened and cellulites over there also reduced. For thighs, yes they lose a little you might wanna add other exercises in your routine (I did emi wong and chloe ting workouts lower impact) but it depends on your body metabolisms. Some people take time, but worry not, sooner or later you'll see result. But how come you're thin and still have cellulites;? 😅 Bcause by far I know (correct me if Im wrong) cellulites appear due to fat stored in the layer underneath our skin. Thin people barely have fat. Or you probably have genetic factor.

@@doaakhili4733 yes. I did with diet. Not very strict diet. I just cut sugar intake (this one really helps me lose fat) and consume protein rich food like salmon, chicken, egg but I cook steam them and not fry. I'm struggling with lower body fat. In your case, you gotta do calorie deficit. Figure out your BMI and search best calorie count intake daily for your body. You might miss on that. Here's how : search calorie calculator along after finding out your BMI. I really think you need to consume protein rich type of food like I mentioned and red meat, fruits like avocados, wholegrain breads, and almonds. You can search how to eat them in fancy ways and not just deco them with salad and olive oil. they're across the internet. Focus on your diet first to gain flesh I guess and then for the workout, avoid HIIT. Do LISS (low impact steady state) workout instead.

I have a really bad lower back & I have always looked for a lower back friendly exercise that was close enough to my 3 day a week physical therapy regimen that would help me take control of my life, body & pain & I have to say this video is so spot on for me. decided to try this so here’s results: day 1: am a dancer so used to workouts like these, felt a little bit of a burn day 2: was sorta sore from day 1 but could push through feeling better

I've been looking soooooo long for a sensible workout to get rid of cellulite...people keep saying it can't be done, butt 😁 I have a good feeling about this. Girl I want legs like yours! I absolutely love this video I've only done it twice but will definitely incorporating it into my routine ! Your personality and expressive energy helped push me through it .Just when I was about to give up you laughed and made me smile and kept me going. I hate when you try to do a at home video and they jump from.one thing to another without explaining the move or positioning but this was really easy to follow with clear instructions and no commerical posing or outfits ! Very Humble :) love this lady:)

Day 1 and I already feel the burn. I'm loving it and can't wait to see my cellulite go. I also do other exercises along with a lil run. Anything to get rid of that ugly fat. Thank you for this video.

Okay Josie, so it's 3am in the morning and I just got up for a potty break.. Who needs more sleep when they can come across your channel during idol browsing... Girl! When I tell you, I have INSTANTLY become a follower! I am soon to be 54yrs in a month Lord’s Will (Grandma taught me to say that when I was younger, she said “Because you Never know what your next day holds!” And in these Covid times..Oooh wee..God Bless US all! Enough rambling...as I was saying, my legs USE to be shaped like yours, but after my marriage of 26yrs and ending up in an Emotional, abusive relationship afterwards, I turned to comfort foods and the Thunder thighs were upon me before I knew it.. But it's a brand new day for me and I’ve Prayed my way out of that ugly relationship and Now giving me the attention I deserve! Your video has definitely inspired me to get myself together and find the old me.. I will keep you updated on my transformation in a month! Being consistent is so important. I enjoy this easy exercises. It does help in toning of my lower body. Been just two weeks and I see and feel that difference. Being a foodie, diet is something I can't do and I'm glad I chose to stick to this as a part of my exercises. Thank you Josie
