OMG you are SO GOOD! I am 60 yrs old, former REALLY athletic guy. Over the years my military injuries have plagued my flexibility and strength and also caused my obesity. This was a PERFECT way to get back into making my body work again. Thank you so much. I am committing to doing this with you every morning.

Omg this is the first time i ever did any yoga i have alot of health problems im not got alot of weight to lose but ive felt crippled this was amazing i sweat ALOT doing this idk if thats bad on my side but i did the whole thing and tomorrow im gonna try to do it morning and night i believe ill be doing it all if i follow u and tbh my body cracked alot but it FEELS AMAZIN IM gonna take my shower and go to be and do it again in the am...thank you i truly hope i continue to feel beeter doing what u show me and hopefully i wont nd a chair one day

I've tried many other yoga exercises on you tube and struggled to do everyday. I'm on day 10 and look forward to this every day. The moves with your smooth voice and softness in your tone is by far the best class I've ever practiced. Today I really felt the long stretches in my body and have already begun to do the moves more easily. Thank you so much.

Almost 53...I knew I was out of shape, and was struggling to find some kind of workout that I hoped wouldn't feel so objectionable every day...in other words something that I might actually be able to commit to doing every day. Although I am not terribly overweight, I know that I can stand to lose a few pounds and build back some muscle strength, but because my knees are bad, this is what makes excercise objectionable...that and a bit of laziness..lol. Anyway, I found this chair workout and I really liked it and knowing that it isn't going to put any stress on my knees helps me to know that I should be able to stick to it on a daily basis. Thank you! One thing that really surprised me while doing it, was how inflexible I have become! I know this will help, and I am hoping that as my flexibility improves, I will begin to find more difficult, fat-burning workouts easier to execute and become something that I can also commit to doing. Thanks again, I will be back 😊

You were a HUGE blessing in my day! I am turning 59 this week, have been a dancer, dance teacher and coach for over 30 years and am recovering from 3 injuries. I tore my left meniscus in July and then 2 months to the day later, I fell on some unlit stairs (in a venue I had never been to) and tore my left AITF ankle ligament in 3 places and possibly my right meniscus as well. I am headed into an MRI this week, 5 months after those 2 injuries and needless to say, after 5 months of being inactive, I've gained weight, lost muscle and feel HORRIBLE! Add in a very stressful job and I needed your chair yoga! It was the perfect length and helped my frame of mind so much. I'm going to keep following and working out with you, because for the first time since this summer, I feel positive and motivated to eat better and get back into mental and physical shape! Yeah, I like this one...This one is really good and just challenging enough without over doing it. Im healing from a very deep depressive few years, poor health and excess weight. I feel good and slightly energized. Thank you for that.

I'm 64 and have always been active and a fitness junkie. The last few years have put me in a different state of mind and I have been lacking the motivation to exercise. I just tried your chair yoga, and it is easy, doable, and I felt the tightness in my muscles. I will do it for a week and see if I can get back on track. Thank you!

My wife and I started the chair yoga in May thru mid August. I find the Pagoda chair yoga very good. Instructions are clear and easy to follow. Our body’s already feel the benefits of yoga.

Have just done my first workout. Feels good. Stretched a lot of muscles. I Have a lot of belly fat. Weigh 78kgs. If I do this with a good diet for a couple of months every day should I see a difference. I am 71 and need to loose it for my health and diabetes..

Hello after having a stroke and having pins and plates in both legs i got out of shape.4 stone out of shape.I have started to follow your videos and i am now moving a little better.Still cannot reach very well but im sure it will come with pratice.A 63 year old a stiff 63 year old gives you thanks

Like everyone has said, this is a great way to get your body moving again🚶🏃🤸. Especially with Lee's gentle & easy-to-listen-to voice🗣️. I have been dealing with chronic illness for over ten years and between steroids (Prednisone)💊 & fatigue😴, I gained a LOT of weight⚖️ which, in turn, made me very unhappy😞 with myself & life in general. This chair yoga🧘 is something I have been able to do from home, WITHOUT needing to get on the floor (my dogs won't leave me alone 🐾when i tried regular yoga). I also don't have to leave the house🏠, which is a bonus. Thank You! ❤

Greetings :-) just found your channel this morning. 61 years old and I am totally out of shape :( This was a nice easy exerciser to get started back to health. I fell in 2017 at work and hurt my left hip really bad. It's never been the same since. This was a super way to get back into shape and really stretch my stiff sore muscles. I have so many health issues ik I can become obese if I'm not active ive ALWAYS BEEN ACTIVE ....IVE NEVER done together this lil bit makes my body feel great and idk why i sweat so much doing it in not over weight yet this works me our hard cuz im sweating yet I feel I can definitely do another 20 min but ik I've been in the hospital many times but I almost feel I can do it another 20 min...I ask my doctor he said I should try more but stop if it's to much...thx so much I never that yoga was a answer now ik it is

I see a physical therapist twice a month but its hard doing excersizes alone the rest of the time, having these videos really helps me to be more motivated. I do this in the morning and the other excersizes in the evening as they are laying down and I usually fall asleep right after. I had an injury and several surgeries and basically was on extended bed rest so its a process getting back. This helps me get moving and was ok'd by my physical therapist.

Looked at several "chair" yoga channels, yours I'm most impressed with. I'm real active despite having back/neck& right wrist fusions, bad hip - your clasping hands overhead I have to adapt to among, other things. But after 71 years of rough physical life - construction, hard western ranch life, horseback riding, mountain climbing - I've really stoved up, gotten stiff this winter worse I've ever been. After just one episode I noticed a difference, some of these hurt a bit, but not in a bad way. I'll stick with it cause I don't want to end up like these people you see at Walmart in elec chairs/barely able to function. I got a garden to put into and lots more to do so "giddyup!" Thanks!

have difficulty bringing left arm straight above and doing the steps for the various routines nor can I straighten both straight, that comes with time?? enjoy these

Hi! Your left arm can bring it toward your face if that feels better on your shoulders and neck. Over time with practice, your shoulders and spine will work toward a bigger range of motion. 🙏 Keep practicing.

Love this but I find that move where you rest your ankle on the opposite knee almost impossible. Is there an alternative to this move or a way to build up your it?

There are also other options, in that case, you can cross your ankle on the other ankle to begin. The leg going forward requires your hip to externally rotate out which is a progression to bring the ankle a little higher to the knee.

I'm giving this a try. In my younger days, my body was fit. Chronic musculoskeletal illness with serious chronic fatigue syndrome took that from me. It is a long story, but I want to get some fitness back.

Hi Sonja, that’s a great question! In this video, the movements are designed to stimulate your lymphatic drainage which increases metabolism and circulation. Of course, to reduce belly fat, a clean food diet is a must. Your body forms directly related to the food you eat and the movements you do daily.

So much appreciate you! Your amazing! I'm 60 something and I'm seeing and feeling better. Seeing as far as my chothes are feeling least like a strangle hold! My flexibility has improved so much. I've been doing this video for a month. Should I move on to another video of yours?

I enjoyed this video, I am just curious how much can be done daily for beginners? I did this video & felt good afterwards, im 61 & first time trying yoga, would like to do properly, is this done once a day? & are there other chair yoga to do for beginners? Thank you for sharing your video

I’m so glad I found you. I’ve enjoyed this and a couple of your others. I’m not very flexible I’m getting ready to have another hip replaced so I have to take it very gentle on it. But I think the most thing is I love your voice
