Iowa Interstate railroad has such a unique set of moves to make to get their CBBI train to the Indiana Harbor belt yard. The Rock island Railroad had to do the same exact thing! Do not let the NS run-through power fool you that NS is buying IAIS. NS power on Iowa Interstate is normal.
