Proactive was such a waste of money and such a rip off. It made my skin and acne worse. I kept thinking maybe it would end up getting better but then it started scarring my face and started burning after 5 months. It took 3 tries to cancel the subscription. The first time I cancelled it they said it wouldn't charge me for the next month and sure enough I got charged and they sent another. Then the 2nd time they sent me another box but didn't charge me until the month after when they sent me another box and charged me more than the usual subscription. Turned out the 2nd time the person just upgraded me to a higher subscription. 🙄
