I had to have it as a baby when I unintentionally put a hanger through my cheek at Daffy’s in 1999/2000 when my mom turned her back for a second. Vaginoplasty was done much earlier than the 60s, Lily Elbe being the first. And it had a long way of perfecting it behind it, even now there are still improvements every decade at least. Also: They talk much about the face, but doesnt mention the 'biggest' one of them, only done by experts: FFS (Facial Feminazation Surgery), in which a row of minor surgeries all over the face are done simultanously (hairline correction, brow bone correction, jaw shaving being the minimum, aside of maybe lip and nose correction). I post this to underline the importance of it still beside all the more aesthetic example.
