Vaginoplasty was done much earlier than the 60s, Lily Elbe being the first. And it had a long way of perfecting it behind it, even now there are still improvements every decade at least. Also: They talk much about the face, but doesnt mention the 'biggest' one of them, only done by experts: FFS (Facial Feminazation Surgery), in which a row of minor surgeries all over the face are done simultanously (hairline correction, brow bone correction, jaw shaving being the minimum, aside of maybe lip and nose correction). All these people saying "love yourself" and "Plastic surgery has gone to far" Didn't the majority of you get braces to change your teeth? Don't any of you diet and exercise? What about spending twenty minutes on make up? Face it people, plastic surgery is nothing special. Braces, make up, healthy living, and surgery all change your face completely to look better or worse (depending on how you do it) Don't hate anyone who decided to fix one of their flaws. And don't preach "self love" unless you can honestly tell me that there isn't something about yourself that you cringe at thinking about. Everyone wants to be beautiful. I would also like to remind you guys that not all of plastic surgery is bad. There are also forms of plastic surgery that restore the skin cells of people who have burned skin or to correct the cleft plates of some people who were born with a deformed one. We can see here that plastic surgery can also be used for making people healthier and help them live better, easier lives

Lets not forget everyone that died in the process of some of these doctors learning the craft. I would imagine there were quite alot.

How incredibly incompetent must you be to do something like this and not even mention rhinoplasty ONCE, one of the most common procedures wow

If it bothers you that much then why don't you make your own video on it?

Is common enough not to need to be mentioned. And you're wrong, it actually was mentioned as a movie reference. Ironic calling someone incompetent when your attention to details is so low.

I'm going to do surgery first for myself because I'm ugly. Must stop lying. We all know if we are attractive people or not. I never interested anyone. I see some coming. For pity, stop your hypocrisy. No. We are not all beautiful. It's a fact, a reality. I see me everyday in the mirror, I cry every night & I know that if I do not go through surgery I will never be happy with myself. I do not care what people think. I do not need their opinion or your opinion for the occasion. I want to be able to say for the first time of my life : "You're pretty. Gorgeous. Magnificent Rachel". Mind your own business instead of criticizing or questioning people's choices. It's NOT your body, NOT your face & NOT your life. You have nothing to say because the choices we make do not concern you. On this last sentence I wish you a good evening ;)
