Workout saved me from the rot of being in lockdown and not being able to go to the gym. Having a bad back from the beginning of the year and not being able to do floor exercises. Dumbbells and barbell exercises is a life saver, enjoy to the max. Seeing a difference in body shape makes it all worthwhile. My advice to anyone is you don’t need much floor space, if you feel tied during the workout, do something else like dancing or change it up a bit by using different equipment, after a minute continue with workout and having your own music maybe a great help. I cannot put into words how much I look forward to doing the workouts. Feel part of the team. Using the same format can Coach Ali and the Unbreakable boys come up with different exercises with dumbbells and barbells with hardly no floor exercises. Bless you all!

@@CoachAli I am not a beginner. Just find the stamina needed to last this long a challenge. But I made it!! Didn't get every rep but most of them. Quite proud of myself haha. Thank you :) How regularly would you suggest doing this? I am to do work outs on my gymnastics rings every other day. Pull ups, skin the cats. If i was to do this on in between days i think i'd need a day completely off after... maybe just yoga. It gets complicated trying to program a week! Any thoughts welcome :) thanks Ali - you're a machine!! Make it look easy

alright that looks great, ima give that a go right after attempting a heavy lift pr. does pr 126 one handed 6 hammer curls, 8 1 handed rows per arm. starts this video, picks up 35s thinking ima badass for breaking a new pr. 10 minutes in. , stops turns off video, eats 2 lbs of chicken takes a recovery nap like an old man xD ima have to practice this for awhile to master this with 35s i think. There it is, voice of a proper Mo@ron. Never mind that the lead trainer has been training for 30 years. Must be chemicals! Also.... They're not selling anything, it's on KZbin for free 🤡. Best you stick with sitting on the side line all your life Harry 🤦🏻‍♂️
@Harry00020
@Harry00020 2 жыл бұрын
@@johnsebastian7839 sorry no offence. You have worked hard, well done, but don't mislead the public, doing this workout once and then doing hundreds of different styles of videos is all a selling technique....did this workout transform your body....no! It did not. Strange when you get a critic, then he is a moron, something to learn from all positives and NEGATIVES He just said it himself, 30 years of hard training...this workout in a dark disco atmosphere is not going to crack it, this is not what got these guys here.

Hi Harry, normally I would just ignore the ignorant, but reading your comment I feel like you're in much need of this bit of advice. So... I started training 3 days a week towards the end of year 9 at school after watching some Arnold videos. By year 12, I was training 5/6 days a week given the rapid improvement you'd see training and building a physical structure at a young age (the body responds really well at that age, provided you're not training silly or injury prone movements). I've never stopped training nor dieting and have kept up 6 days a week of working out to go with my education in anatomy and nutrition. I've recently turned 45. Moral of the story is this.... if you train diligently for 30 years and keep a strict lifestyle with respect to nutrition and managing your body, you would look very similar to myself (if not better because you may even have superior genetics). In the video you see no signs of fluid retention, damaged skin, elevated blood pressure (which is very evident look at faces) and quite frankly none of us look "hard" enough as far as muscle texture is concerned and also none of us are big enough to be "chemical guys". I think rather than just talking nonsense, it will serve you well to "do" instead and actually have a go. Your results might surprise you!
