Wow, that's a challenge. I modified a bit (more breaks, low impact versions) but I made it through. 💪🇩🇪 btw my tracker shows 830 calories.

I tried it today. I wanted to do this the first 30 minutes because I was fasting. But I got so hooked, I didn't want it to end. It was a great workout, I enjoyed every minute of it. I am so glad I tried it. It was a great feeling at the end. Thank you Coach Ali. Regards from USA.

Look in the left bottom corner mate. There's a 45sec timer there during every exercise 🤦🏻♂️. Also... Read video description. It tells you there's 15sec between exercise timers.
