Omg i love this kind of Workout. Female - 158 cm - 54 kg - active calories: 490, passive: 570 kcal. I ve shortened all the breaks to 15 sec. It was amazing, i sweat. Please do more of this Workouts

Tip for anyone who's struggling: once the excises and/or breathing gets super hard, slow down and focus on your form! Make sure you feel the muscles working! That way you might get fewer reps in, but they definitely count and this way you don't hastily excute them wrong or ineffecively.

Completely agree here. It is not a bad to slow down. As long as you focus on your form and keep going (even if it’s 1, 2 or 5 reps), you will see / feel results in the long run and improve. Proper form and fewer reps is much more effective and safer than pushing yourself to keep up with a poor form and while being fatigue.

@@gullardeep4940 active calories are the calories you burn while actually working out and moving. total calories is a combination of your resting calories (digesting food, breathing, your heart beating, etc) as well as your active calories!

Used to not be able to last 25min with your 1000cal workouts but can now do them all to completion with no extra breaks! Burned 500 active calories this workout. Glad to be on this fitness journey with everyone (:

Loved it! It was difficult but totally doable. Still feeling the burn after 2 days! I think I’ll do this every other day, or maybe once a week on the weekends along with less intense workouts during the week ☺️

Here are my results: Female Age 17 135ibs 5'2 Active Calories 1006 cals Total Calories 1190 cals this includes 30 minute rest great workout! really fun, played my own workout playlist. Defiantly recommend if you are looking to really break a sweat

First time checking out G&O Fitness, and grateful I tried this one! So I'm quite fit and a multi-sport athlete. I opted for this at-home workout in place of an hour long run in 90+ deg with full humidity and.... THAT 70-MIN KICKED MY BUTT! I worked light through breaks and got an excellent steady-state cardio session that far more effective than a hot slow run (jog?) in mid-summer heat. Kudos on delivering an excellent at home workout appropriate for all levels - I'll be back for more.

Soo i set my goal to do this for 7 days and i will keep you updating: Starting with 51,5kg 1 day: it wasn't easy i can say that but i done it ✅ 2 day: time pass faster when you turn something to watch,and yep you will be sweating ✅

Just wanted to ask, if I do this workout 6 times a week with diet and one day as a cheat day then how much time will it take me to lose weight?? Ht- 5ft 7inches, weight -63 kg Ps: I have been doing this workout continuously since the past 2 weeks

Hi Poonam, the simple answer to you question is, that you will lose wait once your burn more calories than you take in. For the more complex answer: 6 sessions a week, a proper diet / better is a healthy lifestyle and 1 cheat meal are a good start. But it needs to be balanced and executed properly. How much calories do you consume on average per day with your diet? What are your maintenance calories? If everything the right proposition you should be seeing first results (even if only minor results).

Theoretically yes, but for this you would need to be sure to burn 1000 calories. You will only know that if you are tracking that yourself.
