Tip for anyone who's struggling: once the excises and/or breathing gets super hard, slow down and focus on your form! Make sure you feel the muscles working! That way you might get fewer reps in, but they definitely count and this way you don't hastily excute them wrong or ineffecively.

Completely agree here. It is not a bad to slow down. As long as you focus on your form and keep going (even if it’s 1, 2 or 5 reps), you will see / feel results in the long run and improve. Proper form and fewer reps is much more effective and safer than pushing yourself to keep up with a poor form and while being fatigue.

First time checking out G&O Fitness, and grateful I tried this one! So I'm quite fit and a multi-sport athlete. I opted for this at-home workout in place of an hour long run in 90+ deg with full humidity and.... THAT 70-MIN KICKED MY BUTT! I worked light through breaks and got an excellent steady-state cardio session that far more effective than a hot slow run (jog?) in mid-summer heat. Kudos on delivering an excellent at home workout appropriate for all levels - I'll be back for more.

Hi Poonam, the simple answer to you question is, that you will lose wait once your burn more calories than you take in. For the more complex answer: 6 sessions a week, a proper diet / better is a healthy lifestyle and 1 cheat meal are a good start. But it needs to be balanced and executed properly. How much calories do you consume on average per day with your diet? What are your maintenance calories? If everything the right proposition you should be seeing first results (even if only minor results).
