Well I definitely didn’t burn 1000, but that’s okay! I enjoyed the workout and it was very fun! I burned 480 calories and I am 20 years old and weight 48.5KG hope this helps!

Definitely depends on the person! I’m 40 yrs old and currently in the overweight range. I did this workout and burned 716 cals! It’s a Great workout !! ⭐️ 🏋🏽♀️

Excellent work out. I burned 757 calories with just the workout. I did a separate warmup because I was unaware this session had a built in warmup. I am a 50 year old male that weighs between 198--200 pounds. I got to 77.05% of my MHR for my average beats per minute throughout the workout. The breaks Are too long and I skipped through most of the 30 second breaks. LOTS OF movement.

Just finished ✅…Great wrk-out ! I burned 716 calories ! Usually I do a 30min exercise which burns anywhere between 300-400 and add a 400cal walk somewhere later in my day. This will be a nice addition if I have more time than my usual 30min !!! 😄👍🏽 Thank you! My 1st time doing one of your wrk-outs, I fell asleep laying on my cell phone and when I woke up and rolled over I found this wrk-out running on KZbin 😂. I thought well what the heck?! I guess I’ll try it out since I have the time today. 🤷♀️ 😆 Glad I did!

Love these Workouts 🙂 I burned around 425 kcal. And that is totally fine if you are 160 cm. For 1000 kcal I would have to run 20 km. 😅

Great workout! But nowhere near 1000 calories.. breaks were too long so I either did high knees on the spot or jump squats for the 30 second break... and I still only burnt 475. Please stop click-baiting the workouts with "1000 calories".

Burned only 358 calories with this. I sweat like crazy and did skip some workouts because my knees were killing me. I’m a 30 year old female, 5’5”, and 137 pounds. I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong…wish I had also burned as many calories as some people here!

The most Important thing is to get a lifestyle that you can maintain. Find joy in sports, change your food habits in a way that you will maintain. We are happy to help with our workouts, you can follow our programs but you should also be able to follow others. Finde your Space to actually work out :)

No, i didn't. I'm vegetarian and I eat sweets only on Saturday and Sunday. Rest of the week is pretty healthy.
