எனக்கு ஒரு doupt sir. நமது வீடுகளின் (பெரும்பாலும் கிராம பகுதிகளில்) சமையல் அறையில் குடிப்பதற்கு குறைந்தது 10 குடம் தண்ணீர் பிடித்து வைப்போம். ஏனெனில் தண்ணீர் தினமும் வராது.நான் video வில் நிறைய வீடுகளில் Morden kitchen la தண்ணீர் குடம் வைக்க space இல்லை. தண்ணீர் குடங்களை அவர்கள் எங்கே வைப்பார்கள்.

@@lovely-do8ns They have elevated the car ramp almost 3 feet in a 4 feet distance. It will be difficult to get that car inside in reverse parking. If they didn’t address the basic issue, then assume the major once.

Nice. Design upto the choice of owner. Keeping seperate space for wardrobe is best as it reduces ac consumption. My only suggestion is the basement height should be minimal 7feet for any house in Chennai as majority area flood affecting particularly this கொளத்தூர் area. Secondly the corporation also increasing the road height making even a 7 feet height house comes to road level in tge course of another 20 years

Very true.. But not with corporation now a days.. Because now there is rule that, in Corporation area where UG Sewage system has come, road height can not and should not be raised any further.. Because thats technically not possible too, as the sewage manhole will be kept at a height, which cannot be chanced wrt to Road's height afterwards.. But ya these guys will still raise a little maybe by inches only. So after 20 yrs, if they has laid road 3 times, only about 2 to 3 inch might be raised.. Also if you keep 7 feet from road lever, for a house like this in the video with small car parking, the ramp can only be kept outside the gate, which will almost come 45deg for atleast 4 ft climb, so the car or even bike will struggle to climb in.. So atleast 5 feet max is advisable.. Maybe one thing can be done, the ground floor ceiling height can be kept as 11ft, that the usual 10ft.. So that, modifications can later be done..

He has to confirm which brand Steel will use for this cost.... Also, what is not included means Elevation and Gate and Roof Cool tiles it should be mentioned clearly. Also, as per plan Passage consume spaces in first floor can thing in differently because the width of land is 25 feet only.
