Greetings from the Pine Barrens of New Jersey. I am really impressed with Utah Trikes work. Another great video. I think a lot of people in the Pine Barrens might be interested in the fat tire trikes and ouads. I'll be sure to tell them. We have about 800,000 acres of protected pine land that has miles of trails that I think they would great for. Thanks Kait ! Have a good weekend.

Whats about building a quad out of a Steintrike Wild One Fat Tire? Remove the rear suspension arm. Install a longer rear sudpension arm axle and mount two rear suspension arms instead the one in the middle. One left and one right side. You will get a quad with the outstandig suspension. Install one hub motor on each wheel. If used usuall hub motors with around 80Nm you will get 4 x 80Nm=320Nm torque! Just an example, you can use stronger motors if wanted. You even dont need a chain. Just pedals and a throttle. Or if wanted a torque sensor build it with a chain. I guess best way would be to use 20 x 3.5 tires on each wheel. Maybe you choose to use 26 x 3.5 motors on 20 x 3.5 tires. That would possibly gain torque! However, your team is way more skilled than me! You will find the best set up!

If someone wanted luminaire EL paint applied to their trike or quad is that something you can offer? Is there a lift kit for trikes and quads that allow it to be raised and lowered so that riders with problems with the backs and knees can mount and dismount them at greater heights? I know I would love to get one of these. But the normal seat height would mean my back & knees would be aching every time I got onto it or needed to get off of it. A fully enclosed velomobile style enclosure would be a welcome addition as well.

I am interested in your E-Quads but have a few questions. 1) Is any thought been given to a hard Solar Canopy? 2) I want a Recumbent Reclined seat but do not like the way that the adjuster competes for space on the rack where I would like to see a lockable boot for shopping -may have to lengthen the frame? 3) I have a Bafang BBSHD 1000w mid drive on my HPV Scorpion Trike in Australia and am plagued by loud bangs and clangs where the powerfull motor seems out of control and is attacking my drive chain and derailleurs. Unless this problem can be solved, I would not consider another Bafang Mid Drive? I would opt for a Hub Drive instead-is this a possibility for your quads? 4) What about an Internal Hub Gear which can replace the derailleurs? 5) Why not replace the chain with a BELT DRIVE-is this a possibility?

I'm looking at getting a trike or quad because my knees can't handle an upright anymore. I use my upright as an exercise bike in the winter. Trying to decide if I should go trike or quad, one of the things I considered, is if I can get a "trainer" for a quad. Does anyone make such a thing? Other factors are pushing me toward quad, but not being able to use it as a stationary/exercise bike will factor in.

I got the Not a wheelchair rig.. I've been trying to get a schematic/s for the front spindle suspension so that I can actually rebuild it because to be honest the suspension on these SUCK! I've already had to redo the rear with High quality Downhill mountain bike shocks that work.. I mean how is a 420lb spring supposed to compress when there isn't 420lbs to compress it? Also there is barley any articulation in the rear especially with the cheap shocks.. Kind of sad on such an expensive Bike! maybe someone will actually see this message and reach out to fix these issues

Just scoped the link...dramatically overpriced, dramatically under spec'd. Cool product, despite low power and low value due to price. If you could offer this low spec model at around $2,800-3K, then you're getting somewhere. Otherwise, this is another product destined for a few folks willing to waste money and ride slowly around their ranch. Spec this a lot better (much higher voltage, dramatically higher capacity battery, stronger mid-drive motor, better controller able to output higher amps, better suspension) and bring to market around the $4,500-$5K range and we have something somewhat interesting
