Kenny You know how to shoot.Congrats . I tried just about a month ago a friends “Akah” scope on 300 yards. Simply I can say: like my PMII, BUT lights off. Or as a next comparison : like in glass of milk :-) . Crazy that you hit anything with an unclear low cost glass. Now that’s why you are EAGLE EYE :-) Honestly : I cant imagine how you do this, god bless you shooter.

Lol thanks brother. 👍 I guess it may make me a better shooter one day

That is fantastic. Love that you did it with a budget optic. Proves you don’t need $5000 to shoot 1000 yards. Great job sir. 👍🏻🧟♂️

Yes! This CV Life has done me well. But It's time I mount my SWFA on this and see if I can get more repeatable hits on target... gotta up the ante and catch up to ya'll haha

Well done Kenny and nice grouping on the second try too😁👍

Hey GianniG! Thank You sir! Upping the ante. The correction factor is deffinatly noticeable on this scope at this range now that I know this cartridge potential. Thank-you for all the tips you share. It's definitely helped me a lot

I like your philosophy😁 a guy doesn't need to spend $$$ buying acuracy! I appreciate a shooter that does more with budget minded equipment, that spends the time to hone skills. Great job👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Thank you USMC Rodgers. Yes I strongly believe knowing your equipment is nothing no ammount of money can buy. 243 Outdoors did an excellent job proving this also with his Ruger American. Always open to soak up suggestions. I really appreciate dropping by

@@EagleEyeShooting I kinda got an idea for a challenge. How about a distance pop can with "grandads or dads" old rifle? Or any older model, off the shelf hunting gun. No modern day mods. I think it would be neat to see good ol 30-30, 30-06, 270, .308 and others in action, also just see the ol guns shooting again. Plus just a back to basics skills. Perhaps next summer or spring. Whats your thots?
@EagleEyeShooting6 жыл бұрын
That sounds great! I can bring out the Mossberg 810A 3006 again and remove the sight and use the factory irons haha. Even the ol sks.... though I can make a trip to grab my familys old K31 with the peep sight. No optics?
@idahorodgersusmc6 жыл бұрын
@@EagleEyeShooting , I think you could go 2 ways, optic and open, but would somehow have to limit type or age of scope. I would be willing to wanna collab and contribute to prizes or awards. Put some thot into it, maybe bounce the idea off some other guys. I would love to get out dads ol model 70 30-06 and grandads 30-30 and play

Gotta up the Ante, mounting that SWFA 16x on.. hopefully I dont miss as much. I was chasing "scope windage". These challenges really test your skills. Your UPR10 is kicking ass though!
@artsmith1035 жыл бұрын
There will be endless suggestions for optics but I suggest a ~$300 might just pay for itself in ammo over its lifetime. I agree with your choice of 12-16x max range zoom.

Hahaha thats an airsoft scope! Thats crazy.. if you want something made for firearms that wont break the bank AND is a milspec scope pick up a SWFA SS fixed 12 power. Can only get them in the US and if you find em in canada or europe they are marked up 300% at least

Nice shooting bro, right before each shot I noticed myself saying saying “Send It” like I’m there looking down a spotting scope. I definitely appreciate your videos. I may jump into some long distance shooting one Day, until then I’ll just continue to take notes from great shooters like yourself.👍🏽🇺🇸

Hey Charlie thank-you! I had to dial up 28 MOA.. Im guessing around a 290 inch drop 760 lb energy? It barely made it through that jug haha I got these cooking at 2806 FPS from the muzzle
