Mr Anthony; the f2 thruster pipe does allow the engine to breath more. It has a small amount of expansion going on. However, The f2 has a major turn rt out the hole. The explanations chamber is too small. The outlet tube itself is too small. I'm a fond believer in the monster pipe mdx65 as the outlet is 1" id chamber itself is fat. It literally adds over 1 hp with better mid and high end range rpm. And, of Johnnie says you need a pipe, get cha a pipe. He can chop and weeks it up for ya

Bsck in the 80s as a 12yr old BMX/Freestyle pro wannabe (Eddie Fiola was my hero lol) I really liked the mushroom 🍄 ODI handgrips. Soft & squishy, they'd be great for long MB 🚲 rides....I wish Skyway still made nylon mag wheels. Some 26in or 29in Skyway mag wheels would be perfect for motorized bikes. Especially if they used cartridge bearings in the hubs & thick grade 8 steel axles.

@@JMB676 Luckily cheap 29in Mongoose 48spoke Exhibit wheels have held up quite well...Double wall aluminum rims with steel hubs (but the spokes aren't stainless steel) & I added some oval shaped spoke nipple washers. That actually do make the wheel stronger. The stock 29in wheel axles are actually thicker than any 26in common bike wheels. That I've seen & made to hold more weight or abuse...I haven't needed to true the rear wheel yet after 4 years. I kinda want to go from 14g to 13g spokes but 48 spokes 14G have held up well under 235+ lbs at 40mph....Since the stock 14G spokes & nipples aren't stainless steel & rust if I don't keep em painted black. So some 13G stainless steel spokes would be nice. The Mongoose Exhibit for $100 brand new on sale, actually made a good donor bike...The aluminum frame is extra beefy,with thick beefy rear dropouts. It has the thick stronger axles, steel hubs, & stronger 48 spoke wheels. The only bummer is no rear disc brake setup & the cheap stock steel suspension forks locked up on me....I'm hoping to eventually add a rear disc brake conversion kit for 2- 203mm disc brakes.....OK ok end of reply.

Hey, Bro Thanks for posting! What a transformation, engine came to l,life. I have the MZ65 clone pipe and it sucks, Wish I had $300 to $700 to get a "real pipe" like you have shown shipped to Canada. Probably going to make my own. I'm pissed at youtube for "not" notifying me of your new video. I ran the bell to all and I found your video myself 8 day later. WTF, YT. I guess I'll have to search for your new videos manually on your channel myself from now on. Your channel is one of my favorite channels to follow. KZbin is going downhill IMO. Becoming censor tube. Sad Oh yeah , Bike Berry has a bad reputation for being an ass-hat in the Motorized bike community, blaming customers and not taking care of them when there is a problem . Customer support is very important for me when I'm buying parts online. All I hear is "Stay away from Bike Berry" "Don't get Bike Berried". So io stay away. At first I ignored it but it kept happening over and over again.
@JMB676Ай бұрын
First thanks for those kind words cause it’s nice to hear some thing kind once in a while. Now as far as bike berry, I heard others say similar things but all but one was from the actual person that had an issue and the rest was just second or third or whatever amount hand and not the actual person. I felt with them before the sponsorship and never had an issue and they were always nice I also have others I talk to in the building side of things that only deal with bike berry (not on KZbin just a regular bike mechanic guy). So with nothing it’s don’t trust it till you hear for yourself. Even me I use to say stay away from those hp carbs cause they are junk. But I never used one and o it heard from others. So I checked myself and now it is literally my favorite style carb for my daily. The auto choke is just easy to use and I like that so much and now I run it everyday on my dailies cause if that reason. It’s not for real performance mods if you are trying to to make big power like my Minarelli or something but for a good ported motor that you use everyday it def offers better acceleration and way smoother through the rpm range. Now is it for every one no is it as reliable as the old school n/t I don’t think so, is it better then the bogang 100% (I hate that carb). So what I’m getting at is I use to dog that hp carb alcause I didn’t try it myself and now I did and I love it and promote it when I can. So all I can say is they are not perfect but nobody is and they have some stupid things like boost bottles so they are not perfect but they definitely try to be there and always did right by me. So if you ever gotta try them out go for it. Cause this motor they gave me to try is so reliable it’s nuts for a stock out the box motor. It’s very impressive to me considering I only put it out the box and on my bike and it’s goin more then 5-6k miles already. That’s impressive for real to me. Anyway brother thanks again and I’ll check you later.

Gas leaking from vibration...... I'm sure you know all about this problem & I've come to see using an old inter-tube between the tank -n- frame of the bike will pretty much fix this problem. Any material like rubber will do just so it isn't so thick that you can't get the screws on. It won't stop the studded ends from breaking but it will cushion the tank & reduce some of the vibration. Good video, peace
@JMB6762 ай бұрын
Yeah for sure. I always keep a few old tubes around for those kind of reason. I usually use double sided tape how you use the tube but mostly cause my hands are big and those tiny nuts and washers are hard for me to do and hold the tank and get my big hands in there to do it without knocking it off. I didn’t show it here but have in the past a while ago. To be honest I wish I could show all the stuff I do in the vids to each build but I doubt I would get the views for all the effort in editing cause this video was actually like 5ish hours of raw video clips and it’s still really long. I rather make 20 minute vids but almost never get them down like that.
@diggy-d8w2 ай бұрын
@@JMB676 Ohh yeah, I was gonna mention the Tape but figured a lot of younger guys probably had old rubber or tubes around & some of the tape is pricey? Yes, I'm certain you know all the ways to make those tanks work & I've been suspicious of them being cheap the whole time. Like all motorcycles used to have metal tanks which I like but not there's a lot a plastic tanks so I'm betting there's some plastic tanks that could serve your market better? I'm not knocking any of it, I was glad you mentioned this b/c I had been wondering about those tanks ever since I had a gas tank weld vibrate & leak. Good content, video ! peace

@JMB6762 ай бұрын
@@DJb-ill219 well it depends what motor you want to go with and what you want your bike to do. You can get a lot of power from a piston port motor. If you want a reed you can get even more. If it’s. Daily or a weekend bike it determines what you should do to make the power or how much you really need and what carb to go with. Most builds to include my very fast yd100 piston port motor Lin Tweaker is all stick parts and only port work done to it. It’s very fast but reliable too it it is not nearly as reliable as one with less power or one with more power made differently. So how much and how u make it matters.

It sounds great! It picks up good too. And you are not a small man, no offense brother whatsoever.
@JMB6762 ай бұрын
@@KenC56mm lmao, your not wrong. To be honest because I’m so heavy I really do find the weak points and break stuff or make a clutch slip easier or can tell if a motor really has power to pull up hills and stuff like that. That is probably one of the hardest things for me to get to come across on video. How much just being big really stresses these motors and makes everything harder for them. So when this one pulled me up that hill from the slowest start I could give it before stalling and then taking me up the short but extremely strap hill it really was/is impressive. Most people are weighing in around 150-180 probably and people that actually ride these bikes is majority younger too and they are probably even lighter then that. Like Anthony that owns this bike weighs maybe 130. So when the bike/motor pulls me and actually gives me a thrill then I know it has got to be giving others like him an even bigger thrill. I just wish I could figure out away to show the difference of how much weight affects how these perform. It gets old hearing that my motors don’t pull hills or aren’t fast. Brother the phantom I was playing with for a few days was taking a person that weighted 156lbs to a top speed of 48mph, on the same road and same bike after it cooled down and same warm up time that exact same bike and motor would only take me to 42. That’s a huge difference considering the only change was me which added about 120 lbs at that time. It be less now if redone but back then in beginning of summer I was really heavier then now. But that is a huge difference in my eyes that we lost around 6 mph just from weight. Idk it’s just hard to get it across in the vids on how impressive it is when these do it with me on them. I can’t wait to see how the new motors I’m building over the fall and winter stack up though.
@KenC56mm2 ай бұрын
@@JMB676 i completely understand. I was 150 and went to 180 over the summer. But i am really not trying to brag at all but my Frankenstein didn't really give a flying chuck. Its a great cylinder if anyone can afford it. Titanickle coated cylinder with the big bore pop-up piston and improved ports that are much wider. Its kinds scary to be honest so im actually working on a 66cc cylinder with bridge on the exhaust. Goodtimes . Im just sick of having a big engine that pulls me away from my handle bars at any rpm and im running an 11 tooth front and a 30 tooth on the rear. I just sucked up an ebike earlier today and my bike was at only 1/8 throttle. Saws rule my friend.
