8:00 it is "lontong". It's just rice. Rice cake. But some people prefer to eat a compact rice like that rather than the normal rice And how to drink many drinks in Indonesia is.. You need to mix it first. That cappuccino cincau need to be mixed first until the drink turn to be like.. chocolate drink.

this is why when foreigner come to Jakarta , they should visit Blok M instead of some sort of chaotic street across Grand Indonesia as starter. Blok M is definitely more expensive, but it has higher hygiene standard and better organized.

That rice thing is called Lontong. Basically rice wrapped in banana leaves and steamed, hence the green color. There's another similar thing called Ketupat, but it uses coconut leaves instead of banana. While lontong shaped like cylinder, Ketupat shaped like square and sometimes has yellowish color, if the leaves used are yellowish one.

we called it 'Lontong' or rice cake for your understanding, why its green? its because when they cooked it wrapped with banana leaf, thats why the outside turned a bit green because of the banana leaf
