Meaning 10.00 x 0.01 = __0.10__ seconds quite a margin to win or lose buy. While you are bringing a 99% game the guy beside you decided to bring his 100% game and the race is won...

Powell was never fit enough to run his fastest in major championship finals. He could not recover from the heats and semis so he never ran a PB in a major final while other athletes were running their best race of the year in the major final so he could never win the big one. The Bolt came along and that was it for Powell's chances at winning. There are a few drug comments here. Powell was coached for years by Stephen Francis and many of that group, including Powell have failed drug tests. Interestingly enough, the other major sprint training group in Jamaica, Bolt's group coached by Glen Mills, has not had any failed drug tests to my knowledge. So if you want to know if a Jamaican sprinter is clean just check which training group they are in and you might have a good idea.
