yeah, I've removed Faux Locs from my service menu because of all the tension placed on clients hair, it wasn't healthy. Seeing this video may make me reconsider putting it back on my service menu. Video was great at usual, thanks for sharing.

Thx for getting back to me so soon... My individuals are small but my hair is almost as long as the faux loc extension (12in) - I haven't gotten to the Cuban wrapping part yet. I'm still here struggling to make it look as natural possible 😱

HI! this if off topic but I must ask for help please. The song you have on here, was it a imovie song you inserted, called "playful"? I see you noted it in the description as from someone else..... I have also used it in many videos years ago and am now getting copyright hits on that song. I am curious did you have this problem? Thank you for your time!
@HiSnAtUrAlAnGeL8 жыл бұрын
I would like to ask a few questions: why did you use different types of hair? What does the needle and thread do? And did you do that to all of the locks? Thank you...these look VERY nice!

looks great!!!!!! With faux locs, do you have to sew the hair at the base? Is that to secure them, so they won't slip out?
@ronnik77377 жыл бұрын
this is it!! I'm trying to avoid the crochet needle even tho I have them and since my hair is much shorter, it shouldn't take that long 🙌🙌

This technique and find look is great!! What about the two types of hair made you use different ones for the front vs back?
@QueenMuva8 жыл бұрын
I have the hair she used in the front, it's awesome and very lightweight. It frizzed a little because I refused to wrap my hair lol. She sewed it for extra security and because it allows you to wash your hair. Mine lasted about two months with washing every two weeks. I still have the hair because yes you can reinstall them
@QueenMuva8 жыл бұрын
No, she sowed the threads where I could see them, best tool is a thread puller, and someone to help. My husband helped me

Ok I'm glad you commented...maybe you can answer my question. I tried this method on my daughter's hair and the dreads WOULD NOT hold on her hair...they slipped off VERY easily. Can you tell me what I could have possibly been doing wrong? Thank-you.

Hi, I really love this method, so I ordered some hair from a different brand and installed it. They kind of stay, but they tend to unravel some. Is this normal? Is there a trick or something to keep them on the hair? Mines are a lot shorter, I cut them to about 8 inches, don't know if this has anything to do with it.
