Just say NO to Big Mike! There are many reasons why the Cowboys should move on from McCarthy, but the primary reasons are: 1. Failure to deliver on the primary reason he was hired, i.e., win championships. 2. His offensive scheme failings. 3. Failure to develop Dak, whereby Dak falls way SHORT in the playoffs. 4. Continual red zone failures to score TDs and failure of how a "so-called" offensive guru who can NOT "figure it our". 5. The team not being prepared "enough" to win "big" games. None of these issues absolves the Joneses hands in this MESS. This fan from the mid-1960s stopped looking at every Cowboys game, even though I have the option. Jerry and Stephen are too entrenched and arrogant to change their MEDICORE way of doing business, because in their minds they "know best" and in reality, they are worthless when it comes to putting a team together that can go far into the playoffs. I have ZERO faith!

A fan would say yes. A businessman would say I’m doing everything right. The Chiefs are winning SBs and their franchise is at the bottom of the league in terms of profits. The Cowboys draft good enough to win against bad teams in the regular season, but it is the lack basics that get them beat in the playoffs, like clock management, failure to establish the running game, bad play calling, discipline, etc. All of the reasons above are directly correlated to McCarthy’s coaching, and Jerry’s meddling.

It’s BS to put out there that it’s impossible to win in Dallas. It’s always possible to win anywhere. Jerry has done it three times. It’s always possible. Before the injury bug bit them this year I can say they were better or good as 20 to 25 teams in the NFL. They could be a good draft and a couple of free agents away from being a top five team next year or a bottom ten team. My point is who the heck knows until all of this stuff shakes out. Until then it’s just something us sideline and couch potato experts will spend time talking about.😊
