Yea, the Parcells tree is pretty darn strong. I love the idea of either Aaron Glenn or even giving Anthony Lynn another shot. Two Parcells men. I think the big thing you need in Dallas is a head coach that lights up the room! With Jerry being such an active owner he needs a head coach who is just as dynamic and magnetic. Three retreads i like for the job are: John Gruden, Pete Carroll, and Rex Ryan. The head coach needs to be someone the guys admire and respect. One name i am not big on is Coach Prime! I just don't love how Colorado looks in the actual games. How do you allow your own son to take a constant beating? Inspirational? Sure but i think Coach Prime is great for excitement, generating more interest, filling seats but for me football games are won in the trenches and i just didn't see this emphasis in Colorado. When the roster is rather mid, as most rosters are due to the salary cap, i think you really need someone that gives you an edge. You need that coaching edge until the roster can be improved.

@@sammyslam1 all great points! Parcells will DEF push Jerrah to hire Glenn. As you said Parcells gave the EDGE cuz his players played always ABOVE their talent level(OJ Anderson, Quincy Carter etc). Our coaches have mostly had our players below their talent level since JJ and Parcells. If no Glenn I wb sad but don't mind any of the retreads you list there.

Maybe they would...Glenn played for the Cowboys (2005), is from Texas, went to A&M, played in the NFL for 15 years and has experience coaching in the NFL and he is a maniac DC which I think we need as a HC. I think the players would have a tremendous amount of respect for him and would play hard for him. I believe he would change the culture and take this team to the next level!!

The problem is the window to talk to Glenn is closed until they are out of the playoffs, so if he accepts a job offer with a team hes spoke to, before then, the Cowboys are out of luck. As far as McVay goes, why in the world would the Rams trade the second best coach in the NFL? I fully expect it to be Moore or Zim. They would both come cheap as neither is in position to get more than 5m a year. They both know how the Jones's work and wont push back against their non sense. Thats the 2 main things.

Kellen Moore as HC? Didn't Dallas just get rid of him as O.C. a few seasons ago? NOT a good fit! I would rather see either the D.C. of Detroit, Aaron Glenn, or the O.C. of Detroit, Ben Johnson. He would have to wait after the Lions' season to interview either Detroit coach. Kliff Klingsberry? NAH! He didn't do good in Arizona. They would also need to wait after the Commanders' season to interview him. That guy Monken, the O.C. from the Ravens, may be a good candidate. There are a handfull of coaches in the league that might do good in Big D. We all know where McCarthy is gonna interview. DA BEARS!
