I really like Solomon - he seems like an honest businessperson that I would like to do business with very soon. Him being on this channel and after all the episodes, has helped me gain trust that he is legit. When I first watched him on Caroline Mutoko’s YT channel, I was a bit skeptical because a lot of people have been ‘burnt’ from buying land promoted by social media influencers and media celebrities. Deals that turned out sour and people lost their life savings. So I hope that him partnering with more celebrities and influencers will not do more harm than good to his company’s brand. Sometimes it’s better to grow organically. Just my thoughts but always happy to learn

Maaaaaaaaaaaaaaaan, I don't know how to feel 😢Richie how long will we wait for the onsite interview, which by the way, is a brilliant idea! Big up to the man, the visionary behind this lean, forward looking, huge asset-base company. He has the right mix of business elements, enough to convince like-minded individuals to invest 😃I still see the influence of a strong value system in the growth of the brand and the strong association of the brand- Goshen and Solo (hard to dissociate the two). Shy of asking this, but I will, how does he plan to carry forward this legacy that bears so much of his name/face and values. 1. land has a FIXED VALUE. what changes is the PRICE 2. what we should be aiming for is to keep the PRICE LOW so as to make land accessible to as many people as possible. 3. this is achieved through NATIONALISATION, not through LAND TRADE 4. contrary to popular belief, nationalisation creates MORE REAL ESTATE OPPRTUNITIES for the PRIVATE SECTOR because it RELEASES CAPITAL TIED IN LAND and allows it to be poured into ACTUAL DEVELOPMENT (compare houses for 10m in SA , TZ and kenya....kenya's are the lowest in quality coz too much of the 10m goes into LAND COSTS) 5. wangwe is proof that THE CHURCH has all the EXPERTISE,CAPITAL AND INFLUENCE to CREATE & IMPLEMENT EQUITABLE LAND POLICY , if christians think beyond themselves and their kids and think MACRO. 6. let's join minds and LIBERATE KENYAN LAND FOR THE EMPOWERMENT OF KENYANS AND THE PRESERVATION OF THE KENYAN ECOSYSTEM

Ideally, you conducted a thorough due diligence on the boundary and riparian surveys, to avoid purchasing land that would be reclaimed by the water body. It is highly unlikely that a legitimately produced and titled piece of land, would be located within reclaimable zones. We highly recommend that you engage the Water Resource Management Authority for their guidance, if already affected by swelling water-marks on your property.

@@SolomonTheLandGuy Hello Solomon, Quick one, Maybe something you can think about as Goshen Acquisitions, Many young guys would like to invest in land at times probably you have gotten your first Job and you have started saving, at times you might not have the 800k to buy the acre but you have some 100k saved up somewhere, how about you find a way of connecting like minded individuals under your portfolio and they can actually purchase property from you guys. I have heard from you on how a title can have a certain number of people registered and then contribution can be done on the same. At times getting like minded people in your circle is sometimes a challenge escpecially when people are going through a process of self discovery. Think about it and if you can find a way to link like minded people the better
