Speedaire is graingers line. They do not manufacture air compressors, but purchase other companies products and slap their name on it. Your air compressor is made by Campbell Hausfeld. The pump is a TF series. As far a lubricating the grease fittings on the motor, a lot of the motors actually use sealed bearings, in other words the grease you pump in won't go anywhere. Don't ask me why they do that, but you may want to pop off the motor end bell and confirm if they're sealed or not.

yes i knew most of that. by the way the motor turns i figuared it had ball bearing too. that is why i have never looked for grease fittings. the motor will be coming apart so that i can see if anything is wrong with it. it is running way hotter than normal. tatro

My friend brought his pump over a 7.5 cambell hausfeld same issue. Ordered a kit head and Reed plate

When you get it back running check the voltage and amps. That three phase converter may be causing the motor to run hot.
