$109 Cruise Adventure in St. Thomas - Sky Princess Cruise Vlog

I was just at that very spot last week in St. Thomas on the Enchanted Princess and took that tram and caught a similar picture of our ship in port from the restaurant balcony. We also were in St. Kitts a few days later docked next to our sister ship the Regal Princess and witnessed a rare occurrence. Our ships were both slotted to leave the island at the same time which we were told happens almost never. Our ships slowly pulled away at the same time, both ships taking turns blowing out the Love Boat theme song. The captain’s of each ship kept us exactly parallel to each other the whole time, while everyone cheered on deck and from their staterooms. It was so magical and made my first cruise back since the pandemic a memorable experience.

All travelers should always watch their drinks make sure that you never leave your drink unattended. This is exceptionally good advice for Megan's Bay. And don't believe just because it's Saint Thomas you're safe keep your jewelry and valuables on board carry the least amount of cash you can never show big bills all the time you're there.

I too was never that interested in Hawaii (thank you Brady Bunch) until my son got stationed in Honolulu (Coast Guard). Wife and I were on the Harmony of The Seas back in May and we did not moore on this side of St Thomas. We were on the other side of the island. We took a bus to go ride the skyway tram up the mountain. Good food at the restaurant at the top and great views. Over 30 years ago, the wife and I visited St. Thomas and stayed at Bluebeards Castle. The resort was across the bay and up the mountain from the cruise port you were at. As we sat by the pool watching all of the cruise ships come and go, we wondered if we'd ever take a cruise. I was there once..on a Costa ship that used to be a big red boat...and the smallest circular shower known to modern man and I was skinny and still got the curtain wrap..but loved it and went on a snorkel trip...I had an outside lower deck and the rooms were angled so your door entry was on an L with neighbor, all doors vented at bottom next to smokers when more of us did and whew another good change. But...I loved it and sat in the big round window ledge on stormy seas and just loved it. Your beds were on an L and the colors....orange walls and bright blue and purple striped spreads...lol...not pretty but fun and a real get far away week. Thank you Tony..it was great and beautiful beautiful.

It's probably worth mentioning that there are two Cruise Ports in St. Thomas. This one was Havensite (sp?) and the other is called Crown Bay. Celebrity and Royal for sure and maybe other cruise lines use Crown Bay and you have to taxi over to the Sky Lift.

Thank you Tony for this video. We went on the tram ride about 30 years ago. The view is as beautiful as we remember but the tram area at the top has changed a lot as has the port area. We need to visit St Thomas again.

We just did a 17 day cruise to Hawaii, and it was wonderful! LOVE Hawaii USA.. can't wait to go back.. Sapphire Princess out of Los Angeles (San Pedro) and.. enjoyed the outstanding service, great food (we are vegan and .. they were creative and accommodating). LOVED seeing beautiful Hawaii from the ship and we enjoyed the port stops. I brought my ukulele and took daily lessons in the Wheelhouse bar. The Hawaiian ambassadors on board added to the fun. The trip got cut short because of weather and high seas approaching the islands, and so we were 2 days away from the Big Island when the volcano Mauna Loa erupted! We did have a couple of days of high seas, but nothing too outrageous. This was my 9th visit to Hawaii, and one of my favs so far..

TONY….. do the NCL Americana which takes you all around the Hawaiian Islands. Fly to Hawaii and it is awesome. Overnight in Maui and Kauai. One of my favorites. I also honeymooned on St. Thomas and have been about 3 other times. My favorite Island.

Down town used to be a great spot for purchasing bottled alcohol. And we used to take a taxi over to Frenchman's Reef and have a lovely lunch in the hotel and spend the afternoon on the beach. It was. Such a much nicer beach over there.

I am living through your tour ! We have been on many Princess ships and last one was Regal Princess VOW RENEWAL FEBRUARY 9TH 2020 ! We have come a long way baby since then !😍🙏🏼💕❤️‍🩹!
