Northern crankshaft in thief river falls mn, absolutely can make you a custom crankshaft to stick 2 banshee motors together. They have done crazy stuff in the past for arctic cat, like a 4 cylinder 2-stroke made from 2 big twins. Arctic cat insider 😉

Rode one of his 4Mil builds once, back in the day... I'm an aerobatic pilot, and the thought of riding one of his 10 mils in the dunes scares the hell out of me!!! The power of the 4 mil was breathtaking...

Most mechanics/ engine builders don't like to share their work on vid , this knowledge and your tips and tricks help us more than u know. Watching ur process is like gold to a lot of us wanting to rebuild our own motor but are on the fence. It helps to see this on vid. U can tell when someone's done this hundreds of times u just take pieces,o rings and put em in a pile , not have to separate and label cause ur brain knows what it is and where it goes just by looking at it! Great stuff keep kit comin please

I've always polished The shift works in the groove and the gears for the shift forks and even deburr the shift drum when I'm adding horsepower my quadzilla run seven flat at 97 and the eighth taking off in fifth of the drag strip you had to be careful you just barely bump it with your foot and it would shift gears. That has worked for me . Made 100 hp at the crank. Also we made 105 at the wheel on our kx500. Stock crank and ,bore. No porting. 41.5 electron carb. We figured this set up ran high nines in the 1/4 We held the land speed record stock class 127.5 mph at Bonneville that bike made 62.5 at the wheel.

Good video. Your just a bit more aggressive on the disassembly as I would be. I cringed a few times. Take your time and don't rush is what I was taught no matter how many times you've done it something can and will come back to bite ya if you rush. I understand the its for the video but good lord. PSA anyone looking to tear down an engine take this with a grain of salt. Hes done plenty from the looks of it but don't do this if it's your first time lol

I'm considering buying a 1997 banshee with a 2003 motor the owner described as a 521 10 mill rod billet crank pistons all new, 39mm carbs came as a kit and cost 5k. Chetta Cub cylinders, cool heads, FMF pipes, durable axles, work shocks over 10k invested. He's selling for 4k, but I told him 3.5k and he agreed. Need your expert thoughts on this purchase. I really trust in your channel from day #1. I asked did he have any documentation on the build he said yes, but hasn't revealed any. I asked if it was titled, he replied, "Yes", but hasn't shown me. He originally was selling it for 5k, then I guess no serious buyers, and he knocked it down to 4k. He's nonchalant with replying. I told him I will contact him back yesterday, after visiting my bank. He texted me at 7am to tell me are you coming, because I have to run off. I didn't respond... His demo picks aren't that clear, and the bike looks decent, but not shined to impress a true buyer. Please, give me your thoughts and comments, Sir....

@@donaldtate3372 well show up and find out what’s the deal regarding the title and build, best way to do it is face to face skip bs. Money talks bullshit walks. Either way I hope you find a Banshee, 👍.

@@Make-Asylums-Great-Again I agree vividly, but travel was a small factor too. I did it once, and the guy advised I could get the title from the previous owner after showing up. Like really, no can do with my payment and travel time again. Now, I stopped looking for a banshee. I saw a guy that's 3 hours from me selling his 2019 Yamaha Raptor 700 SE for $6500 CASH. He wanted more, but he advised the title is at the dealership. I advised him Friday I'll make the trip, but have the title. He agreed... I don't understand why people put something for sale, and you don't have all the documents needed up front. I'm going to request a photo of the documents to confirm, before making the trip this time.
