Will these exercises help with rotation of the pelvis (or is there something that will?) I do most of these exercises regularly with your yoga and Pilates classes. What really bothers me is not so much the unevenness (which I do have), but the rotation that makes it difficult for me to square May hips.

They will but there are others that might need to be added! You might need to look at your major curve and work on derotating in that area first.

I was diagnosed when I was 14 and the best you can do is help her find exercises / sports that she actually enjoys doing. It also helped me to really understand how my spine was twisted and curved. And a good physical therapist. NO CHIROPRACTOR! They are very bad for scoliosis!!
