I have scoliosis and Omg your routine has changed my life physically emotional and mentally. Out of all the yoga videos I’ve done since I have been having these chronic pain, yours is by far the best thus far. My scoliosis was so bad that I accumulated asthma, chronic panic and anxiety attacks, shortness of breath, back, neck and spinal pain, every single day. It was affecting my life daily, but after I started doing your videos four times a day things have gotten a lot better for me. Thank you so much for making this video for the people out there who hurts like me.

I was diagnosed with scoliosis ~35 years ago during a school screening program. Had to go to the hospital every 6 months to get checked. Unfortunately at that time nothing further was done, no suggestions of exercises. I can only imagine how my back and body overall might have been different if there had been exercises when I was still growing. Between physio exercise and yoga over the last few years, there has been an improvement and I think my back has straightened a bit.

Love this! I was just diagnosed with scoliosis and ehlers danlos, and although I know movement is important, it can be scary to do stretches for fear of hurting something! This was gentle but not TOO gentle (in that I felt a stretch). The best video I’ve found so far, and brief so it can be fit in throughout the day! Thanks 😊

I loved this video thank you so much!! I suffer from low back pain and especially found the stretch laying on each side with arm extended felt extremely good. I have chronic tightness and pain in my right side. I know this is likely due to an imbalance in my body and I’m trying hard to figure out why and fix it. If you have any sequences for side body pain & tightness (shoulders, obliques, hips, QL, IT Band etc) I would love your suggestions. I also have chronic tightness and pain deep in what I believe is my right psoas (inner groin) area. Any poses that might help balance out the body would be so appreciated! So happy I found you!! I discovered you because I had acute hip pain after a long backpacking trip and your hip bursitis videos healed me!!

Absolute newborn when it comes to yoga. I have a fairly moderate case of scoliosis and have decided to give yoga a try after a recent flare up of my sciatica. A majority of my pain has always been in my low back. Gonna try out this routine to see how much it helps.

Good morning, Your video is great for me. I just found out that I have scoliosis and needed some stretches. My curvature of my spine is to the left some of your posed effect my left side. Do you have modified exercise for that?

Well done! This is more of a generalized video, as obviously specifics will vary from person to person, so the best I can say is to avoid or modify any pose that bothers you or causes anything approaching pain. For more specific advice, you should check with your doctor.
