Thank you for taking the time to create a video specific to the right side. All others just say- simply do the opposite- but this way it's easy to follow and not have to figure it out. I've had this pain 5 years now so 5 months is a short time. This is week one of doing these exercises and the relief is unbelievable.

I have mild scoliosis and I noticed I sometimes walk by staggering, I also have pain and stiffness in my left side. I did the exercises in this video and it literally fixes it for me, people notice I walk faster and I feel more balanced. I do this exercises a few times a week and they help me maintain good balance, thank you!

😅...stay seated in seat upright, and concentrate on driving? Lol... Or do you want to hear, you much have a cushion for your back, bum and and neck .😮
