I wish more people were interested in doing boarding actions. I'm trying to convince people at my LGS, in part because I think it's an easy entry point at 500 points for someone who wants to try without having to deal with the vehicle shenanigans of bighammer. I also have 3 sets of the gallowdark terrain from Kill team, so I possess everything necessary to play, and with the store's set, we could have 2 games going at once.

Yes as they only get it when leading a unit, and no Characters lead a unit in Boarding Actions The Haywire just seems forgotten 😅

According to the Rules Commentary clarifications, 'While leading a unit' abilities don't apply to Leaders that are going solo and Leaders always go solo in Boarding Actions. There is a stratagem that allows you to grant your leader ability to a unit temporarily, but it still doesn't change that particular 'solo Leader' provision of the rules.

Fair....... but some of my 10th games have lasted as long too... One memorable (for all the wrong reasons) was a game where my Orks faced IKs... he went first.... Alas my Boyz turnd to mist. At the start of my second turn I had pretty much nothing left!!! Spores galore!! We'll be back as wild boyz in 10 years I guess
