Great game as always when Mr. Initiative joins the battlefield! JT’s narration is getting funnier and funnier. Nick did a good job. GSC and Orks are both at good spot rn for competitive play, solid win rates in GT, fun and strong secondaries and great mechanism (crossfire and waaaagh)

@@romeo-0016 death guard tend to be slow, but very hard to kill. Once they get to combat, they will be doing a lot of damage. The best way to play against them is to keep your distance

Orks and GSC are actually performing surprisingly well at the tourney level right now, so they’re not bottom/middle like Mr initiative stated at the beginning.

I'm thinking alot of GSC success if partly from the removal of armor of contempt and partly because all the mad lads still playing GSC probably know them inside and out by now so stats get skewed because there's a ton of good players used to playing from behind now finding themselves on a more level field.

@@AltoStratusX1 I mean, yes, and no. They're good, regardless of who's manning them. But are only exceptional if someone plays them exceptionally well. And that should be be the case regardless of what army you play should it not? If youre gonna play an army, especially at a Tourney level, shouldnt everybody who plays their given army know their army inside and out? I dont think anything is skewed by that, but I understand what youre trying to say. The entire population and % of GSC players are all performing well, so that means if their total represantation is performing well, its safe to say, theyre doing well as a whole. Same for orks, theyre doing really well, particularly goffs i think.

Small thing, and may have been noted off-screen: Rusted Claw units count ad having remained stationary in the shooting phase if they normal move or advance. In round 1, it's pointed out that a ridgerunner advanced in the shooting phase, and the shot is justified by saying it has assault weapons, but the assault trait is unnecessary with RC. In general, I was surprised to see the jackals and ridgerunners in Ambush. They're normally put on-board to use their pre-game move and screen out the enemy
