Indori Poha Recipe:
Ingredients Needed
4 Spoon Jeera (Cumin seeds) - 30g
2 Tbsp. Lal Mirch (Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder)
2 Tbsp. Dhaniya (Coriander) - Roast 30g
2 Tbsp. Saunf (Fennel Seeds) - Roast 30g
10 Laung (Clove) - Roast 5g
1 Tbsp. Dalchini (Cinnamon) - Roast 2g
1 Tbsp. Kali Mirch (Black Pepper) - Roast 10-12g
2 Tbsp. Kala Namak (Black Salt)
2 Tbsp. Namak (Normal Salt)
2 Tbsp. Amchoor - Roast 30g
2 Tbsp. Dry Pudina (Dried Mint)
¼ Tbsp. Hing (Asafoetida)
½ pcs Jaiphal (Nutmeg) - 3g
Tejpata (Bay Leaf) 4 - 5 pcs - 4g
1 Tbsp. Saunth (Dry Ginger)
1 Tbsp. Chini (Sugar)
Sabut Lal Mirch - 2 pcs
You need to roast this masala, then grind it to fine powder, jeeravan masala will be ready.
You may also check out other recipes on KZbin for this masala and make some modifications, if you would want to do so.

इतनी बढ़िया तरीके से जो आप एक्सप्लेन करते हैं वह कोई और नही कर पाता है। लगभग सभी के फूड संबंधित व्लोग देखता हूँ, पर जो बात आपके समझाने मे है वह किसी अन्य के व्लोग में नहीं। जीरावन में सबसे मूल घटक काला नमक (black salt) होता है जो आपने उपयोग ही नही किया। दूसरा, पोहा को सदैव सेंव के साथ खाया जाता है जिससे उसका टेस्ट एकदम डिफरेंट हो जाता है। आलू की कोई विशेष आवश्यकता नहीं रहती इसकी जगह मटर हों तो बहुत ही अच्छा। गार्निश के लिए अनारदाना सबसे बढ़िया चीज है दिखने में भी अच्छा और स्वाद भी बेमिसाल। विजयकुमार जैन इन्दौर
