The first one looks like a clock choke. Takayama at 3:08 seems to transition the ude garami to a far side armbar since the arm is not bent but straight.

I like judo of Keldiyorova and it is good to know she has not only fantastic fast techniques but she can work in newaza too as in 1case. She have to fight with very strong newaza opponent who well react to every Keldiyorova newaza attempt. But finally Keldiyorova switches to okuri and to forces the opponent tap.

2nd wazari definitely no.Keldiyorova (white) avoid opponent's attack and then she started control the situation. She goes to the back because she starts transition to newaza not as a result of the opponent's attack. Therefor I think it is not false attack but transition to newaza.
