I regularly go to workout to maintain a healthy lifestyle, and keep myself in a maintenance calorie, where i consume 25% fat. 39% protein and 36% carbs in a day which is around 1575kcal in a day. I believe this is something normal and helps you to stay fit, gradually as per your diet requirements you may increase or decrease the calories. Hats off to Akshay sir. I'm learning from his videos for almost the last 2 years.

@@anuvjain8376 although I support bodybuilding to be specific old school but not today's kind. They take so much kind of drugs( you know what I mean) to attain aesthetically appealing body. Some of turned into appealing but on what cost, Life. I know some of people won't be agreed with me. Please don't put the idea into the head of credulous people that you can that kind of body just doing hard work. It's a one side of coin what about the other side. I respect (bodybuilders) hard work. Hours they put in to achieve their goals and sacrifices they makes to attain their goals. Most people come to gym to become healthy or to get rid of their old habits not everyone wants to be Arnold Schwarzenegger, Ronnie Coleman, Jay cutler, Phil heath, lee Haney are some of the name. As everyone knows Ronnie Coleman accident story what he done to his body by lifting heavy weight (light weight baby) now he is paying the price for lifting heavy weight. My purpose is not criticizing Ronnie Coleman here but i wants to aware people about human body limitations. I can go on this topic whole day but I think I need to stop here.

you can study the body type based on metabolism. For this answer the metabolism plays a very importnat role on holding up fats and carbs . and people with low metabolism tend to store more fat than that of high metabolism .

I don't have sitting problems but my leg bones are touching on plane surface because of huge weight loss done in 2 yrs by going to classes, not eating properly , busy schedule.

@@whatsup3519 empty calories won't repair muscles, end of the day you'll just have sore muscles and high side effects of consuming a lot of sugar and fat... There won't be any muscle gain. Take a proper balanced diet with nutrients rich calories and work out to the breaking point then you'll gain a proper physique

Sir. Humans mei itna fat kyu hai? Agar aap dekhe toh zyada tar jitne bhi sehatmand log hai unke body fat percentage aamtaur pe 15-18% ke beech hoti hai mardo mei. Aur mahilaon mei 25% -30% ke beech hoti hai. Jabki doosre janvaro me 10% se zyada nahi hote. Agar aap Chimpanzee mei dekhenge toh ek nar chimpanzee mei body fat percentage itni Kam hai ki aap unhe insano se liye ghatak keh rahe hei. ~7% ke aaspaas. Chimpanzee ke baare mein isiliye keh raha hu kyunki CHIMPANZEE jinko vaigyanik log PAN TRYGOLOCYTES bolte hei wo species hai Jo hamse 90-95% se bhi zyada similarities rakhti hai. Aur unki muscle system aur unki skeletal system lagbhag hamare jitne hi hai. Lekin unke sharir mei itne kam charbi kyu hain? Lagbhag ~6-7% male chimp aur 8-10% female chimpanzee.
