@@CallmeKaram hello karamjeet. I have around 100 blog posts on my blog which is like 9 months old. I decided to quit it probably because of the niche selection( I targeted long-tail keywords with no KD) it's still hard to rank. With my new second blog which is in a micro-niche, I can rank easier and I'm on the first page on some terms.

I think most people get swayed by those "get rich fast by doing exactly what I did" videos. With the proper motivation and actually looking at your blog as a business you CAN make it. That is the message and power of income school: telling the truth, even if it sometimes...sucks :) But with hard work and dedication you can eventually achieve the lifestyle you want.

In a way this channel has become solely an advertisement for Project 24 since Jim left. Before I was always learning something (and really enjoying your videos). Now I'm watching your videos where you are explaining things, but without really teaching stuff. (Hard to explain but I hope it makes sense) I would also love to hear an update from Jim and his site. He's an animal and I'm sure he's having success with his site.
@bhalesh2 жыл бұрын
I think there is some confusion. They have uploaded more than 50 videos after Jim left this site and hardly 5 of them are promoting project 24. You can confirm what I'm saying by going through the channel. And I learned a lot from those 50 videos and have made notes that turned out to be so useful that I can't express in words. All thanks to the income school team. Also, their 100s of old videos in which Jim was present are more than enough to build a blog that earns a living. Yes, all those Free videos they have on youtube are that good. Project 24 is just more structured, has some advanced lessons along with a community. I'm curious how long have you been blogging and what else do you want income school to teach. They've already taught the fundamentals and some extras for free.
@xDomGrox2 жыл бұрын
@@bhalesh I probably didn't explain it well. (english is not my native language) I enjoyed the older videos (with Jim) more. They were more creative, more insight and more real life data. I always felt like I learned something new or useful every few videos. Now I feel like they explain things by scratching the surface but if you want to know more, you have to become a member. Maybe I'm watching their videos for too long, but I don't feel that AHA moment when I'm watching some of their more recent videos. I get that they want to promote Project 24 and they did that with Jim as well, but it felt more natural and I felt like it worth watching their videos anyway.

@down-the-rabbit-hole2 жыл бұрын
@@xDomGrox well as the old saying says, "don't give away the farm!" Having more information gates behind project 24 separates those who are really serious about building a business form those who aren't.. and the price is actually fairly cheap when you think about it... Heck, you can go to garage sales and thrift stores and sell stuff on ebay and come up with enough money for the course, so I'm fine with it being gated behind project 24. That's how you know who's really serious about it and who's not....

Normally I think the vast majority of this channels content is very good, but this one is almost like.a MAKE 12K A MONTH WITH INCOME SCHOOL (it's cheesy)! The reason I say that, the primary focus is on how much they make per month vs. the actual type of content they focus on, to the amount of traffic they have to generated. Aside from that, I like the editing, and mentioning their day jobs is good.
@IncomeSchool2 жыл бұрын
Fair critique. The intent for this video was more to inspire than to inform. I teach every week and this time I wanted to show several normal people who started blogging and turned it into a good income. It’s easier for people to put themselves in the place of other people they feel like they can relate to than to just believe me when I say they can do it.
@greg.peepeeface2 жыл бұрын
@@IncomeSchool I have gone through several channels that all thrive on exciting people on the idea of "making money online," but out of them all, your channel is one of the few with guts to it and is based not just on fluff (I have two decades in building companies and brands, so I feel my assessment of you is a valid one). So for your channel to only provide that fluff, it fell short of my expectations which is what a brand is (it's not graphic design or a logo).

I thinking found one of reasons income school does so well with google. It’s not only about topical autority what income school preaches, but also about uniek valued content. Google has a patent about information gain score. It describes perfectly what incomeschool is doing with original research. With that said. Reranking and historical data can be taken in to a count when a site has History data about a topic. Google will give the source credit for providing unique content and can few the resource as part of minimalquality threshold on the serps. I want to thank income school for my progress and hope they keep doing the work they are doing! “May all the students of income school become rich, amen”

It's nice but I don't understand how the money is being made. What are people paying for when you have a blog.if you write what are the readers paying for. If it's advertising how. Please explain
@LifeIsATest4TheHereafter Жыл бұрын
Ads or income from affiliate sales on your blog. The readers aren't paying anything when they visit your blog, an ad impression simply generates revenue for you. That's how it works. First off, once you've got at least 500 visitors to your blog, you can straight away apply for ad monetization from ad companies like Ezoic etc. And the ad revenue usually goes up over time as you write more articles since more articles usually correlate to an increase in visitors to your blog.
